I was pretty satisfied with the product I received. However the product I received was not the original item I ordered.i accepted a replacement as the original was unavailable. One day after I placed my order I received an email stating that the original item I ordered was damaged in shipping and was now out of stock. This was very disappointing. I opted to take the replacement item offered to me rather than ask for my money back. However the item I received was satisfactory and arrived in a very timely manner.

Love my 14k 4mm Diamond Cut Franco Chain 24” that I bought from them. They are very professional and friendly. Excellent prices and customer service. I went to their location and picked up my gold chain in person. Took my son with me and he was thirsty and they gave him water and even some chocolates.
