Product delivery is very delayed, waiting for a very long time. Transport has been waiting for delivery since February 9th. But the company itself does not send the product out, so the transport will deliver the product to the recipient. Not explaining anything further to the customer is a waste of both time and feelings.

I bought my package on February 3, until today, February 20, the package has not arrived at home, how can I find that positive!

Paketin saapumisessa kesti kaksi kuukautta. Kyselin moneen kertaan tilaukseni perään, saamatta mitään vastausta. Lopulta yritin perua tilauksen mille minulla ei enää kahden kuukauden jälkeen ollut tarvetta. Ei vastausta edelleenkään, paketti tosin tuotiin nopeasti tämän jälkeen. Viimeinen kerta kun täältä tilaan.

I make order and no one answer my emails..

The shop an experienve was ok, but the shipment was not I wanted. But anyhow after tree weeks I will get my order.

I made order 4.12.2023. Where are those 3 parcels?👍

1.Made an order
2.Ordered a shipment
3.After couple of days went to see the status of the order
4.Order ia nowhere to be found on "my orders"
5.Sent message to Discandoo to ask where is my order?
6.Recieve no answer
7.After one week recieve a message from the shipping company that my order is cancelled
8.What??
9.Send another query to Discandoo
10.Send another message to cancel my order and return my money
11.Finally recieve an answer "sorry, we've been busy but your order is being shipped and is on the way"
12.Order another shipment
13.Shipment company cancels the order again

Result:
1.Discandoo says shipment is on the way.
2.Shipment company says the shipment is cancelled
3.Go to Alko to buy the wine.

Hi, it took almost 3 weeks (2 days less) to get notification mail from shipping company that order has been successfully created.
