First time using you. Quoting and ordering process was simple and quick and delivery was prompt. John Pletz was a pleasure to work with.

Courteous and knowledgeable about what I was looking for and kept me updated on shipment progress even though it was a small order.

I ordered some rubber from Discount Rubber Direct to test out with some of our application painting. So far, it seems to be good quality. Will be ordering more soon!

The lead time for product was 2-3 days on 12/17/24 and I have yet to receive my product on 1/2/24. Sales Team is super helpful and nice, but it seems production has some time management issues.
