Jack was a great partner in preparing my son for his ACT exam. He was able to relate, guide and support my son. Jack is an experienced educator and knew when to provide a little push in the academic parts, as well as when to pull back. He set obtainable expectations and held my son accountable. Jack was always positive and my son thrived and was successful!
Jack was an amazing tutor/mentor to work with. Not only did I grow as an SAT participant, but also as a student. Our sessions were full of knowledge I used on the SAT and in the classroom. Jack was also a mentor that I could talk to about anything happening in my life and he cared. Every session we had time at the beginning to talk about life which grew our relationship into something I will covet for years to come. Jack truly cared about my interests and academic growth. I recommend Jack to anyone looking for any type of academic tutoring and mentorship. I miss working with him every week!
DiscoverCore / Jack is excellent. Out daughter enjoyed working with him, learned a lot and substantially improved performance. DiscoverCore very effectively "met her where she was", in that there were gaps before getting to "core material", and DIscoverCore diagnosed this and worked with it. They are good communicators and easy to work with.
