Awful experience Unprofessional unaccountable overpriced


Awful experience. My brand new, expensive car was damaged by the valet parking service while my suitcases were placed in the trunk.

I had a six-hour drive home and arrived in the dark, so I didn’t notice the damage immediately. The next morning, when I opened the trunk, I saw the damage clearly. I took photos right away and contacted the hotel. They instructed me to send an email, which I did, including all the pictures as evidence.

Two weeks later, I finally received a response saying that because I didn’t report the damage before leaving the hotel, they couldn’t verify the claim. As a result, I’m now stuck paying for the repairs myself.

This is completely inexcusable—especially for such an expensive hotel and stay. I expected far better service and accountability.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Disneyland Paris customer service that I think others should be aware of.

About a month ago, I called in advance to ensure that **Premier Access Ultimate** would be added to my ticket for my March visit. The agent on the phone confirmed it would be taken care of.

Fast forward to this week—just before my visit—I checked my account and realized it was never added. When I tried to purchase it myself, it showed as fully booked.

I called customer service again and spent around **40 minutes on the line**, only to be told there was *nothing they could do*. No resolution, no escalation to a supervisor, and no attempt to correct what was clearly an internal error. The only suggestion was to “fill out a survey after your visit.”

That response is unacceptable. When a mistake is made on your end—especially one that directly impacts a customer’s experience and planning—there should be accountability and a real effort to fix it.

Instead, I was given a generic “we’re all human, mistakes happen” response, with zero ownership or solution offered. This isn’t just about a missed add-on—it’s about how customers are treated when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience from a brand that’s expected to deliver much better customer care.

Not well catered for the cold and wet in winter

Loved the magical ambience, the firework and lights show, meeting Santa, the pixar show, the rides and the parade.
The Mickey 4D show was great but not long enough to warrant the queuing. Also it was PITCH black inside and we had to use phone lights to find a seat - not SAFE!
We went for the Christmas experience and expected the cold and wet BUT there was not enough sheltered areas. The push chairs had to be left out in the wet and there was not enough space so there were bunched up.... also much of the queueing was in the wet.
There were not enough places to eat or sit under cover, not enough vendors selling hot drinks which we needed.
The queues for booths selling food, drink, snacks were extremely long in the cold and wet with a very slow service when you got there!
Basically very badly organised and arranged for the winter. Disneyland Paris need to think about the customers more!
Lots of attractions were closed which is disappointing considering the cost of everything - VERY EXPENSIVE indeed.
The social media 'go to' restaurants provided ambience but disappointed with the quality of the food - Bistrot Chez Remy
PYM Kitchen buffet was good but not a single HOT vegetarian dish!
We had a good experience in Walt's.
Generally not great for vegetarians because all eateries seem to use the same fake meat (soya protein) which to me was tasteless.

I had such a fantastic experience with the Disneyland Paris contact team! I needed a quick name change on my booking and the process couldn’t have been easier. The representative I spoke with was so friendly and genuinely excited to chat about Disney and my upcoming trip, which made the whole experience even more magical. Before I knew it, the change was done, and I had the confirmation email sitting in my inbox within just a couple of hours. Truly outstanding service!

Newport bay hotel top marks for hospitality and the Overall look and feel of the hotel, food decent and rooms also ok for the amount of time your actually in it, pool area great inside and out.

Downtown restaurant at the Avengers hotel is a must , top marks 👌

Pym kitchen not as good , served up bloody chicken wings to my daughter which spoiled what should've been a great meal experience.

Annette's dinner service and food great 😋

Fireworks, park and rides didn't disappoint.

If there is “0” star I would even put it-
Disneyland PARIS HOTEL was a huge disappointment! They literally don’t have any idea about food service, customer service - breakfast was awful - no even glasses on buffet - you can find this quality buffet for 2 star hotels internationally. For the money they charge absolutely waste- as a mom I would suggest choose anywhere but not Disneyland Hotel in Paris- even in small town hotels they refill the water bottles or change daily here 1 bottle of water is 15 Euro !!! No joke - I have been in many Disneyland and we are absolutely traveler , traveling family lets say, I am in shock how they could be so self confident here in this hotel versus their quality and service . Nothing was comparable with the money you spent here, and trust me we spent money for our comfort and experiences with pleasure, this place just doesn’t worth for anything .

"Discrimination, Unsafe Environment, and Poor Support Ruined My Disneyland Paris Holiday"



I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Disneyland Paris, booked through Magic Breaks. What was meant to be a joyful celebration—my birthday—turned into a distressing ordeal due to racial discrimination, verbal abuse, and physical assault by a member of the public staying at the hotel. Despite reporting this incident to staff on-site, I received no meaningful support or resolution.

The hotel staff offered me a FastPass, which I found utterly insulting considering the severity of what I endured. My entire holiday has been ruined, and I feel unsafe and emotionally distressed. The individual involved was allowed to remain in the park enjoying her day, while I was left feeling vulnerable and upset. The staff's response was dismissive, and no compensation or meaningful action was taken to address the situation.

A management representative at the Castle Club asked me what I wanted, and I clearly explained that my day should be made up for because it was completely destroyed. Instead of addressing my concerns appropriately, I was offered a high-priced additional stay, which I find insulting and disrespectful. I have been waiting since this morning for any follow-up or resolution, but no action has been taken, and I am still feeling unsafe and emotional in my room.

This experience has left me feeling let down by Disneyland Paris’s failure to uphold its commitment to safety, respect, and inclusivity. I believe this incident breaches their policies on anti-discrimination and guest safety. I am calling on Disneyland Paris to issue a full refund for my stay and to take this matter seriously. If not addressed promptly, I will escalate this issue publicly and through legal channels.

My holiday was meant to be a day of joy, but instead, it has been marred by discrimination and poor customer service. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Disneyland Paris to improve their handling of such incidents and prioritize guest safety and well-being.

Good but could do better

Went there with our 22 daughter who is unfortunately wheelchair bound and stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne. Before I start, I would like to say that all of the staff throughout the whole complex were excellent and very helpful.
We had a two rooms (with adjoining doors between), one (supposed to be) an accessible room with a profiling bed and a portable hoist. The "accessible" room had a large double bed in the room which made manoeuvre of my daughters powered wheelchair quite difficult as space was tight and using the mobile hoist was impossible.
The hotel reception was good and easy to check in.
I believe that part of the reception was a Starbucks coffee shop but was under refurbishment. Unfortunately there wasn't an alternative (coffee machine maybe?) So you couldn't get a hot drink unless you used the restaurant.
As a suggestion, it would be an idea for some sort of "fast" food/snack option in the hotel as not everyone wants to do a €45 sit down meal.
Both theme park areas (Magic Kingdom and Disney studios) were absolutely magical and spotlessly clean. The theatre shows were excellent and to a west end quality. The castle fireworks were spectacular with laser light show, projections and drone displays and it seems that no expense is spared to make sure these items are top quality.
My biggest minus was the prices of everything. There is a large variety of foods but (to be honest) I thought that the prices were way over the top for what you got. When you have paid two and a half grand for 3 night and 4 days it's more than a little disappointing that they are charging extortionate prices for everything (food, merch etc). We are captive customers and being totally taken advantage of.
It is a shame because it is a wonderful place but you feel that they are just trying to squeeze every extra penny out of you. I understand that they need to make a profit but the overpricing is absolutely blatant and saddening.
Another minus (unfortunately) was the behaviour of some of the other members of the public. To be honest some of them were behaving like animals. Literally climbing over my daughters wheelchair to try and get in front of her. An example was waiting for the shuttle bus back to the hotel, People were piling onto the bus with a complete disregard to my daughter. In the end, security stepped in and made the people step back so she could get on the bus safely. The security staff were excellent as were all of the rest of the staff.
Despite the minuses we did have a great time but I wanted to point them out in the hope that the Disney management are watching these reviews and will take them on board.
It is a lovely place but make sure you take plenty of money 😁😁😁😁

Just returned from Disneyland Paris and…

Just returned from Disneyland Paris and I am so disappointed it feels as though all the magic has gone,when you enter the park you would say wow and would be very excited but now there are not many characters shops don’t sell as much Disney things like they use to if you did not know you were at Disney it could be just another park Disney needs to put the magic back and stop making it so commercialised even though they need to have change they seem to be taking the heart out of it I don’t understand why Pandora is everywhere and to be honest the price of everything it awful for what you pay it is bad not enough places to sit and eat

Tired, damaged Davy Crockett

Stayed at Davy Crockett, have done so twice before and loved it. This time the accommodation was tired, damaged and double bed was so hard to sleep on.
Not what we’ve come to expect at all.
Have stayed at cheap campsites with better accommodation. No cleaning pack given from reception, thankfully someone in the shop asked when we went to buy to save us the money.
Handle on toilet door so bad made one toilet useless. Sewer smells into the van.
Toothbrush holder jammed into wall but broken so when moved it falls apart.
The once faultless Disney was disappointing.

Disneyland Paris

I was disappointed with an overall experience in Disneyland Paris, and definitely won’t return even if it was a free entry! There’s nothing magical about it at all! I have been to more interesting places minus the cost of the tickets. Overpriced and just not worth it!

Took my children there in December for…

Took my children there in December for the Xmas experience and let’s just say we had an experience. The staff are beyond rude one member of staff ANNE thought it was acceptable to grab my son by his coat was we were making our way round to the access area to watch a show (my son actually having asd ) when confronted about her hands on approach shall we call it the level of attitude back was crazy spelling out her name to me emphasising Anne with an E I honestly am shocked at how the staff are allowed to get away with this kind of behaviour . I have contacted Disney and all I’ve had back minimal contact back . I remember going to Disney as a child and it was magical but I can’t honestly say neither none of us felt that shocking

Some work and attention needed to bring Disneyland Paris up to better standards

Another trip this time for Christmas to Disneyland PARIS. Stayed at Newport Bay Hotel again which is good but such a shame how unfriendly and even sometimes rude the staff can be! Allowing for the fact it’s end of year and overtiredness, this is not an excuse. It costs a lot of money to be in Disneyland for a few days and they should respect that fact and that the customer is the main reason to be helpful and polite. The park itself very busy which we expected but the queue times are getting ridiculous! Sometimes 80-90 minutes for for a ride that is all over too fast! Shops has sold out of some of the real Christmas merchandise. A lot of work and alterations happening especially in the Studios. Even though we loved the magic and the euphoria of Christmas there it felt disappointing mainly because of the above! The worst experience in Starbucks in the Village. Wet soggy sandwiches with salmon that was off! A very limited selection of drinks. Tables and floor dirty! We will not be returning there for sure and you pay money for inedible poor quality. Annette’s Diner - never been before - long queues and such slow service. We gave up in the end a left the queue. Despite the fact people in general love the experience and we did too in the main, we felt the quality and service has become shoddy and new happy friendly staff replacement are something where attention is needed. Will we be back? Not sure maybe the service and ambiance in the US better?

Definitely a bit Mickey Mouse

DO NOT GO THERE, extortionate and rip off tickets. Studio complex resembles a building site. Rude Staff and unhelpful - no where to sit, restaurants all reservations only, queues are ridiculous because they are only interested in ticket sales - not the comfort and enjoyment of the customers. MICKEY MOUSE IS A FRAUD AND WORSE THAN THE CHILD CATCHER ON CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG!! Save yourselves a fortune and go to LEGOLAND instead.

Hated it

Our boy was showing signs of not being able to attend so we checked website to see if would make any difference to buy tickets at gate. With nothing showing on the website we decided to hold off purchasing until arriving at the gate. The price difference for 2 adults and 2 kids went up by 142 Euro, about 50% higher. When we questioned this the staff were extremely rude. It ended up being super crowded with lines of 40 minutes for rides. Highly recommend avoiding these people.
