Shipping Costs
I purchased replacement parts for my company's booth and while the experience was fine, and the parts were reasonably priced, we paid more in shipping than the actual parts. It was over $200 to ship. I could understand that if there were large parts, multiple boxes, or heavy materials, but when the box arrived, all replacement parts were jammed into a box about 6 inches wide and two feet long. Absurd pricing model.

Didn't receive what we ordered
We ordered 7 Stem lights and only received one. Had to wait and call customer service and then they had to check with their production team. I'm still waiting for my lights.

Overall satisfied with the quality of the banner and hardware. One note on the 24" width is that we find it somewhat unstable. Bending the foot has helped improve stability and prevent banner from leaning forward ominously.

Great Display! Zippers came off at 1st Use :(
The set up is excellent! Design process was good. The print is very good and really like the display. But the zippers came off on my first use of the display. Thankfully it was zipped up so I could get through the tradeshow, but a total pain after and not sure what to do for the next one.
