Kept me up to date on shipping and it works. As opposed to the other crap I bought

No product ever received just excuses to wait we have "no control over logistics rest assured that your product is coming we will endeavor to speed up your shipment" all this done just to delay you and try to reassure you and of course nothing is being done. Then when you want a refund they tell you the pkg is on the way and provide a false invalid tracking number, Again a delay tactic. Also they request you prove you are a human and show you a picture and you have to match the photo but the photo is never 1 of the 6 shown. these are fraudsters and scammers DO NOT deal, buy or have anything to do with this company

I placed an order for a vehicle tracker [AUD$34.63] with the above company on 21st July 2025. I have not
received a tracking number nor have they fulfilled my order to today's date 17th August 2025.

I have had various email exchange with them saying each time I need to be patient. I have requested a full refund but they refuse to comply.

I have reported them to the ACCC Scamwatch and ASAC Australian Cyber Security Centre as a fraudulent company.

Follow-up 20h · I had email contact with Distceinthe through their advertised email for the best part of 8 weeks. They replied saying each time "be patient". I requested a full refund which was refused. I gave up in the end as the amount lost was minimal. The order was dated 21/07/2925, late in September to my amazement my order arrived. DO NOT HAVE DEALlNGS WITH distceinthe.com as they are very close to being scammers in my case.
