I still have not received my item and the tracking is not updating. I have also tried contacting support via email and instagram and no response.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re truly sorry to hear about your concern and completely understand how frustrating delays can be. After checking our records, however, we haven’t received any prior messages from you on our support channels.

Please note that the item you ordered is made to order — as stated in the product description, each piece requires approximately two to four weeks to be carefully produced. Your piece is now in its final stages of creation, and it’s scheduled to ship out this week.

We also reviewed your tracking information and can confirm that it has recently been updated.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Every item we create is crafted individually and with care, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete your order.
