I worked with Jacopo when I was trying to decide whether to go back to corporate or do something different.
What stood out was his way of coaching — he doesn’t give you answers, but helps you shift how you see things. That change in perspective made me question assumptions and get clear on what I really wanted.

Jacopo is a true life coach. Throughout our journey together, he helped me gain a deep understanding of myself and, most importantly, provided me with the tools to improve as a person, to see situations from a different perspective, and to respond in a constructive way. The tools Jacopo provided and the self-awareness I developed during the process make it possible to respond consciously to situations (rather than impulsively, as one would naturally tend to do) and have a strong impact on personal growth that extends to all areas of life family, relationships, and work. Of course, its up to each individual to choose to make use of them. I would also recommend a leadership program to build greater confidence and to truly understand what it means to be a leader.
