Solid team that’s very attentive on a weekly basis

The first customer I was sent out to had the wrong address, it was his condo building not his restaurant. The customer was half hour late, but I waited for him. It turns out he was a scammer, I eventually went to his restaurant and the people there said he doesn't work there anymore. I know that's not Dividend Shifts fault, but I wanted to say my first customer experience was not good. Also, I thought someone was going to follow up with me the day after to see how it went. No one did, finally after a month, they asked me, after I said something to Gedam.

From the moment of first engagement to the intricate detail oriented approach, the team is beyond helpful! Understanding and patient. Every interaction brings something new to chew on. Excited to explore the possibilities and doors they help open!

The team is amazing from the top down. With the weekly updates from Gedham to Mikes, Elona and Isabella……all are fantastic at answering any questions that may arise. If a personal zoom call is needed, time is made to make this happen!

the team has been there to help me when I need it sometimes I know that they have been hit a lot by all of us but the get ahold of me when they are available but every time they always answer my concerns and give good sound advice after they answer question on what they think that will help me most

also I thank that an crypto calculator that could convert crypto in real time so that I can show the vendors in real time what the cash will be worth for the crypto they have from there customers when they get paid and what we charge the customer not them that if we can even do that

Informative and detailed training videos. Miles and the rest of the team have been very patient and helpful in getting me the answers, assistance and resources that i need to become successful in this new business.

Everyone has been super helpful throughout my entire experience so far. From getting real and insightful answers to all of the MANY questions I had brought Ulric during my "discovery calls" (which obviously got me to move forward!).

To the support I receive from Miles - who has been an extremely critical resource for me while getting acclimated, helping me with specific questions, always making himself available even having a tight calendar to work around to still make time for me when needed, and the positive attitude and energy that makes everything more motivating / helps with my own confidence in talking with potential customers knowing that I have him a message away to point me in the right direction for any questions or resources I need. He's been a rockstar.

Then we have, Elona, who has been extremely helpful in ensuring I have everything set up correctly, checking in, helping everything go as planned as she is very aware of deadlines, my status / comfortability with each step of the onboarding and now meeting with customers, and helping me keep organized and prioritizing the things that matter most! Honorable mention - Isabella, who has also been extremely helpful as she gets more and more experience as well (a great addition to the team)!

Lastly, Gedam, who's the reason I am here in the first place. Getting a chance to hear him explain the opportunity, the process, how it all works and comes together, and who also provides such a positive energy that is almost contagious and makes/made me so excited about the new journey that I just started. The masterclasses with Gedam have also been so valuable in helping me feel comfortable articulating the service we provide, the process from start to finish, value ads that we provide our clients, and much, much more. This team has been extremely helpful as a whole from day 1. 10/10.

I can honestly say that out of owning my own businesses for over 35 years that Dividend Shift has the best people in their company that you could deal with to be opening a new company. They have their “$?*t” together.
This will be my third business that I have up and running and all I can say is that I have had all the support that they promised. Of course there is growing pains in all businesses so that is to be expected. With this group of entrepreneurial spirits the word fail is not an option. They dig and dig for answers on everything we ask for and push back on us to keep us motivated. They help produce winners and as long as you don’t quit you will be a winner because they will be by your side at all times from the owner Gedam and down through his hand picked players. They are a family and it shows with the enthusiasm and smile that shine daily through the phone and on zoom calls. If you ever owned a business it’s hard to find people that believe in what they do as you do and they don’t just show up they show out.
Inclosing, as for now, I am more than pleased with the service that Dividend Shift has provided me and for all the friendly daily responses to my needs.
