Divi Extended レビュー 

I purchased the Divi Gallery Extended plugin and within the hour I realized it wasn't going to work on the site I was building. I reached out to their customer serviced and I asked for a full refund on September 2nd. Since then their department just replies and says they have forwarded my refund request to their team for processing. It's almost been 2 months and still no refund. Horrible customer service experience. Make sure to really reivew if plugin will work on your site.

Tool and Customer Support are both top tier!

I've been using Divi Plus for a few years now and use it on all my sites. It has so many useful modules that help me create great designs and save me so much time.
I recently needed some technical support and the team at Divi Extended were on the ball with a quick reply and resolution. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Divi Blog Extra plugin from Divi Extended since 2017 and am very happy with it. Then, in 2020, the Divi Plus plugin was added. I’m a big fan of both plugins, which are constantly being improved and are always up-to-date. I ran into a problem where I couldn’t use both plugins on a single website because I accidentally had two accounts with Divi Extended, and all Divi Extended plugins can only be activated using a single license code. So I reached out to support, and they immediately started looking for a workable solution. I was kept in the loop the whole time, which made me feel good because I could tell they were working on my issue and hadn’t forgotten about me. They were absolutely friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. I highly recommend Divi Extended, from the products to the support, it’s simply TOP-NOTCH.

I purchased the Divi Plus Carpet Cleaning Child Theme for a client project and found the design to be clean, modern, and easy to customize. It helped me build a professional cleaning company website quickly.

I did encounter a compatibility issue with Divi 5 related to the mobile menu dropdown. I contacted support, and while they responded politely and requested additional information, the issue has been fully resolved.

Overall, the product has good design quality and potential. I hope continued Divi 5 compatibility updates and faster technical resolutions will make it even better. I appreciate their willingness to assist and look forward to future improvements.

As a long-time Divi user I purchased my first Divi Extended plugin (Divi Blog Extras) in 2017. It wasn't long before I subscribed to the annual membership and am very happy I did. So are my clients. The plugins are a huge benefit to any Divi user and new modules, child themes & layouts are regularly added to the Extended collection. The few times I have had an issue with any of them I have been impressed with the quick response from the support team. They are very easy to deal with, and very helpful, which gives me confidence going forward. I'd recommend Divi Extended to anyone who likes to add out-of-the-box functionality to a website.

These plugins are perfect complements for Divi web designers. They are constantly updated (Divi 5 compatible). Support is fast and competent.

I have enjoyed using Divi Blog Extras for several years and never had a problem with it until recently it started displaying incorrectly. The support from Divi Extended was excellent and withinn 24 hours the developer had released an upgrade to all users which resolved the issue perfectly. I am very grateful.

Recently the extended post plugin stopped working and reported a critical error when trying to pull up one post.

I've been using Divi Extended for a long time, and was immediately contacted after my support submission. Within two days, this unusual issue was resolved. It was apparently due to a plugin parameter issue. After fixing and installing the plugin themselves, things are back to normal. Customer service really came through for me, and I'm an experienced web and database programmer.

Very quick and helpful if there's a problem. I really recommend them or their product if you work with Divi or wordpress in general.
Helped me more than necessary just because they could. 10/10 all the way!.

As a long time user of Divi I have culled the bells & whistles of Divi plugins that were not great enough to keep and choose to only work with the developers whose plugins have passed the test of time, usefulness, and great support. The Divi Extended plugins are the all time best. No matter how how experienced I am, there is an occasional quandary that support could solve. I can depend on Divi Extended for solutions that work in a timely manner.

I had some question related to a Divi child theme and very soon got answers or custom CSS with which I could achieve what I wanted.

Terrible, don't buy, it keeps giving errors and support doesn't respond!

I received a great support from this company Divi Extended. They have upgraded a child theme to work with PHP 8.1. and did everything to support me. Great service :-)

I'm using the Lifetime License...
I'm using the Lifetime License of DiviExtended and I'm more than content. DiviExtended provides great tools for a Divi and every year they also extend an offer. Also every time I needed support, with some issues, they reacted really fast and were very helpful. They are also really friendly and patient. To sum up I have no hesitation to recommend them.

If you want to deal with a company who stands behind its product with unbelievable support, then here it is. I have their Divi Restro Menu plugin. I downloaded one of their free templates and I had a problem getting it to work and look like their menu example.

Not only did they go out of their way to look over my settings and offer suggestions, but they answered my three questions which fixed the problem I was having.

But their support didn't end there. They followed up 3 days latter to be sure everything was going well. When was the last time you got that kind of support and over a free product at that. Well done guys.

We purchased Divi Extended's full lifetime membership. At the moment, we are beginning implementation of their Divi Ajax Search plugin. We had been looking for a plugin that would require minimum customization that would allow us combine both pages and custom post types while also allowing us to include/exclude specific pages and posts for a complex website. This plugin fits our requirements. Most importantly Divi Extended offers excellent support via live chat.
