Amazing customer service experience and great delivery service! Highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent communication, and product

Very easy to use website, plenty of choice. I was worried due to the price (thinking it wouldn't be good quality or well made) but was not disappointed at all. Lovely size for the space I need it for. Wanted something for Christmas so we can sit outside by the fire and it's great..

The Chelsea set seats were too low. The measurements do not include the height of the seats. The quality of seats and cushions were good for the price. The delivery was excellent. If you are not happy you have to pay for the return yourself unless the item is damaged.

Cancellation of the order was straightforward as I ordered before wife's approval and she didn't like the layout even at the great price

From ordering it to delivery 2 working days, that is absolutely amazing, the product is beautiful, easy assembled and looks fabulous. I would highly recommend your company and especially now with the sale on. Thank you so much.

Quick delivery, easily assembled, good quality, good value for money - happy with purchase. Only negative comment would be coffee table is a bit small.

Ordered a rattan garden set in their autumn sale. Very good price and I am pleased with the quality of the set. Arrived promptly.

Good price and quick delivery but still boxed for storage reasons. Can't comment on the product itself

We bought the Chelsea 4 piece Rattan garden set which was a 2 seater sofa,2 single chairs and a coffee table,all at a sale price of £299.
The quality of the set is excellent and the service brilliant,even managed a discount on the waterproof cover which was reduced from £65 to £52 as an additional purchase.
Self assembly was fairly easy using the supplied Allen key,however I couldn't locate one fixing hole as it was covered by the rattan material.After carefully cutting away a small piece of the rattan I located the screw and finishes the assembly.
That said,I would highly recommend this product which is great quality!

Great communication with yourselves but poor communication from the delivery company, took a day off work for delivery for a no show then no communication, until I contacted yourselves and then another phone call from delivery company for another delivery day.

Frist time buying from here and I wasn't disappointed.
Great service - website easy to use and navigate, I was happy there was a pay by Paypal option on the checkout. I tend to use Paypal when it's my first time using a company as they give good consumer protection.
Received a call a couple of days later to book in the product for delivery at a day that suited me.
Delivery was great, wheeled in on a pallet and put behind my gate for me.
Product is great - really well packaged (I left it in the boxes in the rain and it was fine because everything was so well wrapped). Super easy to put together, no additional tools required. Great quality - sturdy metal frame, comfy cushions.
Great price in my opinion.

Ordered a rattan patio set from these, great quality, great price and good quality, easy to follow instructions for assembly, built up in no time at all.
Delivery was quick and driver went above and beyond to help us.
Only comment I have is ordered a cover for the set which is of a heavy strong quality material but just a bit on the large side for the furniture set we have.
Otherwise would strongly recommend this company.

The furniture looks very good when done. I was very upset with the delivery. When the packaging arrived in 2 big boxes i was not home but my older husband was and I am disabled. The man told my husband that he had to get it off the truck and move these huge heavy boxes himself. The delivery man absolutely refused to help. So not worth ordering unless you are young and fit ! I was absolutely disgusted.

Communication and delivery were great, unfortunately two of the pieces from our garden set came bent which made assembly very difficult
