One of the best furniture company i ever deal with . They done delivery on time and product quality is excellent.

I am very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service.

The sofa I received does not function as expected. It consists of three separate sections that are not connected in any way. The website description and photos did not indicate that the pieces would remain completely separate or that they would slide apart during normal use. As a result, the sofa constantly shifts, making it uncomfortable to sit on.

In addition, the three sections are not the same height. When sitting on the sofa, the uneven levels are clearly noticeable, and there are visible gaps between the sections because they do not fit together properly. In my experience, the sofa looks and functions differently from what I reasonably expected based on the product listing and photos.

My experience with customer service has also been disappointing. I was given dates and time windows for visits, but on more than one occasion no one arrived, and I was not informed in advance. Each time, I had to contact the company myself to find out what was happening.

I reported the issues promptly and requested a refund because I believe the product delivered is not consistent with the product presented on the website and is not fit for its intended use. My refund request has not been accepted.

This review reflects my personal experience with this purchase.

They are THE WORST company you could ever order from!! Do NOT trust them. Believe EVERY SINGLE negative review on here and google reviews. They are just as bad as they claim. They run their business with lies and scams. They never reply, always makes excuses and never deliver. It has been 5 months and still nothing!!

They tell lies, waste your time, give silly excuses and deliver poor product

I have asked for a floating dresser and mirror set. I paid in FULL (my mistake) for the furniture and installation from the beginning. I hassled them to deliver it within the time period they promised by messaging regularly and asking for updates. I kept getting texts saying’ they will check’ and then no reply for days. The parts finally get delivered much later than promised but guess what? No installation and not a single screw to help with attachment.

Now im stuck texting every single day asking when the installation will be and it was supposed to be yesterday and ofcourse nobody showed up. Zero professionalism.

It has been 2 months now and I had to hire another company to help install and guess what? The back of the mirror is not even attached to the actual glass! I have to pay more than 1000 aed just to install the unfinished furniture as they stopped replying to my texts. I submitted a complaint to the Dubai Consumer Department and waiting for their help to get my money back.

Dont waste your time, money, or energy. There are lots more furniture stores that are super professional.

Simply fraud - I wasn’t allowed to give them less than one star - a fake local Facebook advert with a photo of a sofa in use in a home a few miles away. Offered to deliver for free as a favour - all of this conducted through the messenger of Facebook with a young woman who was selling her house off to move abroad! Delivery agreed and payment made - suddenly it’s a delivery company calling me, they’re five hours late, they’re stuck in Birmingham - when it arrives the guys refuse to let me unwrap it or even look before they are gone. It’s a new cheap shoddy sofa - the cushions are thin, the material is scratchy, the unit doesn’t hold together, the base is so flimsy it pull out of sockets. I call at once; I text; I write; I email - on them all I get blocked. But before they block me they send me a message “Good luck getting a refund you stupid ….”- do not use. Have more fun burning your cash. Massive lesson learnt on my part

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!! They took 3000 AED from us for a fireplace 1 month back and said they will deliver in 2 weeks. Now they stopped replying and keep saying they can't deliver and are not even refunding me. We got scammed!!! Will have to ask bank for the refund now!!!

If I could give them less than one star I would - I ordered a vanity back in December - they took a month to deliver the product even though the website said 8-10 days. They delivered a product which looked completely different to the website. After arguing back and forth with me they agreed to make a new one and deliver that. We are now at the end of February and we are still going back and forth and they aren’t delivering my product. I paid over 3000 dirhams for this dresser and they won’t give me a refund either. Awful communication, highly unprofessional

paid 70% up front yet weeks later fireplace still not delivered - ignoring my messages; essentially scammed for 2700 aed.

We ordered a chest of drawers for 1,949 AED and are absolutely shocked by what was delivered.

The quality is unacceptable:
poor and uneven painting, visible cracks, chips, scratches, broken screw holes, badly finished edges, and extremely cheap-looking materials. This does not resemble a premium product in any way. It honestly looks like defective or second-grade stock, not something that should be sold at this price.

On top of that, the chest of drawers emits an extremely strong chemical paint smell, making it unsafe and unhealthy, especially for a household expecting a baby. This alone makes the product completely unacceptable.

The overall experience was just as bad:
• Delivery appointments were repeatedly postponed without notice
• No proactive communication at all
• The delivery was done by only a driver, not store staff
• After reporting the issues, we received no response whatsoever
• Calls and WhatsApp messages are simply being ignored

We explicitly rejected the item and requested a refund, but have since been met with complete silence.

For 1,949 AED, one expects quality, professionalism, and basic customer service.
What we received was the exact opposite.

Absolutely horrendous! They made us pay up front and delivered our sofa and chair without any cushions. The quality is so poor and the stitching is really bad on the sofa and chairs. The items also arrived with black marks all over. Please do your research. They won’t give us our money back and we are currently having to go through consumer rights to rectify this… absolutely shocking

I found Divine Furniture online yet unfortunately I did not checked reviews and I ended up in a true nightmare! I went to their office in Arjan and order several items, they said they could customize them so I chose materials and fabrics. They promised that upfront payment would guarantee an express delivery in one week- 10 days. My order was done on 16th August so delivery would be expected even before the end of the month. They kept postponing from week to week with excuses and started to ignore my messages and repeated calls. I went back to their office several times only to receive reassurances that they would deliver within the few next days and they would offer some items for free as compensation for the long waiting; they never complied with their word. The worst thing is that every time I would go, they would schedule delivery; this happened 6 times and each time, they left me waiting for hours and hours without even bothering to take my calls and explain why they would not come. Moreover, once that they eventually replied to my Whatsap, in order to prove me that my items were to be delivered soon, they send pictures of the nightstands and they were completely different in shape and color and looked very cheap material.
After almost 2 months of wasted time, that caused me an immense stress, I ended up buying the furniture from other shops; that obviously resulted in a significant loss of money. I have filed a complaint against them in Dubai Consumers Rights.
It seems that we all went through the same experience so this way of dealing with customers is apparently their usual behavior. They should not be allowed to have a trade license and forced to close their business

Zero isn’t an option. This company is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs they lie, they steal and then they lie about stealing

An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.
They never deliver on time, and if you file a complaint with the DET, they’ll likely win, their invoices are worded for you to not get your refund. They will waste your time endlessly, and when they finally attempt delivery, it’s at unreasonable hours,I’m talking 11 PM and later.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had in the UAE. I ended up accepting the delivery, and the quality was even worse than their customer service, completely disappointing & sickening.

No need to explain, this company is scammers and should be arrested

Absolutely awful experience, from repeated delays on delivery, to awful workmanship and installation.

First things first Lavish & Divine furniture are 2 names but the same company.
If you are looking for custom built furniture Lavish Prime furniture is apparently the company that comes to you for measurements and your payments are made to them.
But the actual build is done by Divine furniture in Ajman.
BEWARE……………..STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Placed an order for a U shaped sofa, measurements taken and 50% payment was made with delivery to happen in 7 days.
Today marks 20days that we as a family have an empty living room and are sitting on the floor.
The excuses we get on a daily basis from their SM-Ali is exhausting and shameful. We even reached out to the owner and realized that his staff doesn’t follow his instructions why would they follow mine!!!
Upfront payment made is basically used as a ransom, as you have no choice but to wait until your order Is ready. You function on their t&cs and timeline.
No idea if this company is a scam or they just bite off more than they can chew, either way this entire process/follow up is very frustrating, nerve wrecking and an absolute waste of time.
I have reached my limits on dealing with this unprofessional lot. This is no way a paying customer needs to be treated or taken for a ride especially in Dubai, have made an official complaint with the Consumer Right Dept (DET) and would like to see a full refund.
If my sofa is delivered before the end of this week, as per my requirements this review will be taken done. Until then it’s a CAUTION TO ALL.

I'm absolutely fuming with the shocking experience I've had with this company! Initially, everything seemed spot-on they measured the room promptly, sent through the invoice quickly, and promised delivery within 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, things went downhill the moment they received my payment.

After six weeks of total silence, I had to chase them myself, only to be met with endless excuses and empty promises. They guaranteed delivery by the end of December, but that deadline flew past without a single update. When the delivery finally happened—more than two months late it was an absolute nightmare.

The wall panels arrived completely botched, with shoddy, poorly measured holes making installation impossible. The quality was embarrassingly bad; frankly, it looked like it was slapped together without any care or skill. To make matters worse, the bed wasn't even installed despite this service being paid for.

Since the disastrous delivery, I've tried multiple times to get hold of their customer support, but they've gone completely AWOL no responses, no accountability, nothing. They've left me stranded, forced to look elsewhere and spend even more money to fix their mess.

Honestly, dealing with this company has been a colossal waste of time, money, and patience. If you're thinking about ordering from them, seriously reconsider. Unless you're keen on delays, frustration, shoddy products, and nonexistent customer service, save yourself the grief and find someone else. Absolutely steer clear this mob is a complete joke!
