Extremely poor customer service. It's a shame that this company would disguise itself to be a Christian company when they rip people off! I ordered a banded collar shirt which did not fit according to the size ordered. I paid $15 to have the shirt delivered, $9 to return it and did not receive a store credit as promised. They send you poorly sized items, you pay to return it then they ghost you. I had to dispute the purchase with my bank for a full refund. Avoid the headaches and purchase elsewhere. Companies like this make it hard for legit companies to stay afloat.

I love the t-shirts. But as another reviewer said, they hide the fact that when you buy from them you're automatically signed up for a monthly subscription of 13.95.
And then when you figure it out, they don't give you a refund.
I caught this 5 months in not realizing that's what it was.
So I talked to my bank. And because my card was given to them they can't do anything. So basically, this company is allowed to steal your money. It doesn't matter that I never once received an email from them or know that I even had a subscription account
The lady said oh, I'll give you one month. Hello I never signed up for this. I never even knew anything about it. Oh, this is how we run our company. Everybody has to pay a subscription to save money.
How is it saving money If we're paying money we don't even know we're paying?
It's more like they're making money on people on the sly.

Horrible Scam company. Will let my bank deal with them. Do not buy anything from Christian Divinity….. Do NOT purchase from this site. Ordered 2 tshirts. Received wrong size in order. Customer service has been terrible and nonexistent . Then received the additional surprise $14 membership fee… which goes on until you cancel it. However you can’t get a customer service person to reply or actually cancel it…. So you get scammed for $14 a month until you die apparently. So far 2 T-shirt’s…. Almost $45 paid. Nothing to show for it except an unwanted sketchy membership. Google their complaints….. Run

NO STARS AT ALL, Horrible, same as all the other reviews, they charged a 13.95 membership when I never signed up for a membership, they will not refund me. Reporting them to BBB and disputing all there charges with my bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE, they are not worth the time and money. To sell faith based apparel and rip people off, I have no words........

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I ordered a few items 12 days ago. With no response advising when the item was shipping. I called and texted the number provided on their website as well as emailed and message on their website. I have only received one message which did not provide any assistance to the questions I actually had. This company takes longer than SHEIN to ship and receive items. You can’t get ahold of anyone to receive a refund or talk to anyone about questions on your order. I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from this company to reconsider as from my experience and the other experiences below this company is not reliable.

FAKE!!! I ordered approximately 99.95 dollars worth of Christian Teeshirts two months ago and I still have not received them. They also charged me an extra 13.95 for “monthly subscriptions” and I never signed up for this. This company needs one big prayer. It’s all a scam. I cannot get them to refund my money as well. It’s terrible. It’s hard to think a company such as this would be a scam. So sad.

My sister convinced me to order some shirts from this company and I paid by credit card then I checked by account again and they had taken an additional charge of $13.95. I called, texted and emailed with no response back from this company which left a bad taste in my mouth. I went back on their website and found they charge you a membership fee but don’t add it to your original order which is deceiving. I will never recommend or order anything from this company again. You think you’re paying one price but they get you a week or two later with an additional charge.

Unauthorized charges from this company have been made to my bank account which I’m now having to dispute.

I am a loyal customer and my husband is a Pastor and I do purchase MANY items $$$ from your place of business and we love your clothing.

But is it too much to ask for a pleasant ( SAINTLY) exchange when calling to ask a question about my order, the woman that answered the phone sounded annoyed and irritated with me.

Yes I am aware of the information sent to my email with the shipping detailed information, but I did not realize by calling in to ask when would my $600.00 order would arrive would upset her so much. Your name is called DIVINTIY??? and you service to the people of God?? so is it to much to expect a heavenly experience??? .and maybe I am expecting to much. That Reverends, Ministers, Pastors and servants of God wear your clothing from all over the world ?? ..I will continue to purchase from you as I pray for your staff.

I ordered my clergy wear and needed at a specific time. However I pay my money as I was asked. I was sent a garment but pieces of the garment was missing. When I called to report the missing items, I was told I had to pay an additional 20 dollars to have the missing pieces sent to me. I had already paid over $500 dollars for the clergy wear. It was unfair for me to have to pay for a mistake that was not my fault. Then after my ceremony I was sent another vestment that I need to send back. I would like for someone to send me a postage to send back the additional garments.

The garment ordered came missing a button and dirty. Not just dirty in one place, but in multiple areas, on the sleeve, including the cuff, the back, side and bottom of the garment. It was as if the garment had been dragged on the ground. The tassels on the belt were loose and coming apart. Horrible experience!

The item I bought was so nice and the person I gifted it to just loved it.

I am thankful for a good robe it looks good and fix good.

Button was broken and the Velcro didn’t work on the cuff links I had to use safety pins

When I received my garments, they fit perfectly & professionally designed!! 🥰

Easy purchase and integrity of shipping is excellent.
