Buyer Beware
Well needless to say I am not impressed and will probably never order from them again and will be contacting my credit card company if my order does not show up soon, regardless of what their rediculous shipping policy says in the fine print. This is actually the second time I have ordered from this company. About 4 months ago I ordered for the first time and process was great. Got my order within less than a week, and the product seems to work for me. However, this time, I noticed that it was a very strange tracking number and it looks to be shipped directly from China, and the tracking information is very vague, and now appears to not have moved in over 4 days, and shipped about two weeks ago. Was a little confused as to why it was shipped from China, as the website claims to be free US shipping and should arrive within 7-10 days. However, I then noticed at the very bottom of the check out screen, there was a little tab that says shipping. And this is where their shipping policy is, and states that shipping may come from different countries and shipping times may take much longer than the time frames it gives when you check out. It then also says the customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties and they are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. So, I am assuming since I live in the US and it appears to be shipped from China, I will now be stuck with paying whatever ridiculous customs fees are added to recieve my package. If I ever get it that is. So much for the free shipping. I feel this is very deceptive how the just have that shipping policy just kind of hidden in that little tab where they know most people will not see that information. Very shady. The first time I ordered, it came directly from the US, and had no problems at all. But after this time, I guess I will not buy from them again, and will be disputing with my bank if I do not get my order soon. I would strongly advise to be weary about ordering from them.
