Contacted to see if could accommodate a large order (60ish) Terrariums at relatively short notice and with specific delivery requirements. Poppy was extremely responsive and accommodating. The kits arrived in perfect condition and on the day specified. Colleagues really enjoyed making them and they were one of our most popular sessions. Would absolutely recommend.

Brilliant. Arrived quickly. The plants supplied were well wrapped and healthy. I have struggled to find a terrarium supplier who can supply what I need. My kit contained everything I needed. There was also a hand written note inside which added a very nice personal touch. Incidentally I was at RHS Wisley the day after my package arrived and I was able to compare the quality of the indoor plants against those at RHS. They were just as good.

Absolutely beautiful terrarium kit with everything required including materials, tools, plants, handmade glass terrarium and light up lid. Easy to follow instructions made it a straightforward and enjoyable job to plant up the terrarium and it now has pride of place in my living room. I couldn't be happier with it....also postage was very fast, extremely well packaged and communication from Poppy spot on. Would definitely recommend.

So far I've ordered two terrarium kits from DIY Terrariums and they both came with just the right materials to create my terrarium. This last time, however, my kit got lost during delivery. I contacted the company and Poppy dealt with my issue straight away. Even though it was not their fault, I got sent a replacement package within a week. I'm very happy and grateful for their excellent customer service.

So, after browsing the interwebs I came across some black and purple Calathea, thinking they didn't quite look real, ie: they looked air-brushed/Photoshopped, I asked Poppy and DIY Terrariums for some advice.
Poppy couldn't have been more helpful, she assured me that they were kosher and that this was in fact their true colour. Poppy suggested that she could look for some at her suppliers, a couple of days later she messaged me to say the wholesalers had some and did I want her to get me one.
I asked Poppy to get me a couple, and later the same day Logan dropped them off complete with some compost for potting on and some care instructions.
Honestly Poppy and DIY Terrariums couldn't have been better, not only a highly professional level of customer service and healthy looking plants at a fantastic price, but an all round excellent experience.
