Terrible customer service
I did not receive full order of all products ! I contact them milion time to solve situation as i understand it could happen - but they workers on customer service are extremly unproffesional and refuse to fix it. I do it with my bank after send all proofs. I dont recomende !

I have been looking on the website for a couple of months now and have been eyeing up the Terry cloth Fruit headband and the matching makeup organizer. I am obsessed with the print and style.
i placed the makeup organizer in my basket and then kept refreshing the page for the headband to drop. Immediatly i checked out and waited for my confirmation email ... only to find that the headband wasn't in my basket!!!!!!
i really wanted to headband so decided to do a second order, the problem was the shipping was slightly more expensive for me as i am based out of Sweden and ended up with £22.00 of shipping!
I thought i would contact customer service to see if it was possible to join my orders together and refund me for the shipping, i thought it was a long shot as shipping costs are never really refunded but i was left thoroughly surpirsed when i got my email from Djerf confirming they will refund me the shipping.
Want to say a massive Thankyou to the Djerf team for their quick response and effective customer service. No matter what your thought may be on Matilda, you cannot deny the exceptional customer care in this company and for that reaosn will continue to support ð Thankyou Djerf x

Veldig mye styr, samt veldig dyrt å returnere en vare. Man må skrive ut skjema for retur, samt returlapp, da det ikke medfÞlger. Totalt kom returen min av en stykk bukse på kr 219,- Blir ikke flere bestillinger fra denne siden for min del

Jeg har bestilt et par ting derfra, og tÞjet er rigtig god kvalitet, og det sidder rigtig pÊnt! Jeg kan godt lide, at det er produceret af mennesker, der får en ordentlig lÞn for det, og at man på nÊsten alle varer kan se fabrikken, det er lavet på, og se nogle af dem der arbejder der. De har varelager i Sverige, så både leveringenstiden er kort og CO2 udledningerne er ikke så store, når varerne kun skal til Danmark. Jeg havde bestilt et tlf cover, som desvÊrre gik lidt i stykker, men jeg skrev bare til kundeservice, og de gav mig pengene retur. (: god oplevelse!

Kom derfor til at bestille en julegave en ekstra gang med 14 dages mellemrum, troede ikke jeg havde bestilt. Opdager fejlen en time senere, skriver straks til kundeservice om fejlen. De svarer ikke, og to dage efter modtager jeg to par bukser. Prisen var 1.080 dkr. Det kostede 90 dkr at returnere. Djerfavenue betaler mig kun dkr 960. Altså har det kostet mig 210 kr. det er jo en guldgruppe for firmaet

For Christmas I was wishing for your beautiful towel in the color âSummer Islandâ. I got a little sad when I opened the package and saw a towel with the âSummer Berriesâ print.. I checked my momâs email for the order confirmation from you, and she ordered the correct towel, but you sent the wrong one (even though it too is beautiful..)
Horrible customer service - feels like a scam
Horrible customer service. I issues an order 20 days ago and I haven't received a shipping confirmation until now although I was sent an email that my order will be shipped 10 days ago? Since then I reached out to customer service via Email and Instagram four times and have not heard back at all. It seems like a scam to be honest!
Boycott this brand once and for all
Matilda Djerf is an awful person and bully in her own company. Money and fame has made her into a monster. I used to work for a narcissist in the past and can relate to a terrible work environment.

If I could give 0 stars I would, found a fly on my rope and when I contacted customer service they told me it was probably manufacture fault, they did not refund me or anything. Not to mention the horrible customer service and how the owner is a bully and totally incapable to run a company.

Djerf Avenue really has the worst quality items. They greenwash by saying they are using ârecycled polyesterâ, however, that doesnât make it less plastic and hence it is still horrible quality. Customer service is furthermore completely horrible. Never out to help or find a solution to a problem. It also costs money to return items, considering the size of the brand, this is relatively weird. Have really never had anything but negative experiences with this brand. Agnes that replied to me in customer service, was rude and unhelpful despite me being nothing but rationale and polite. I would really sustain from buying from this brand, there are so many brands that offer the same type of styles with better quality. In my opinion, this brand is tricking their customers in many ways - for instance, the insanely high price for bad material items.

Dårlig kundeservice!!! På sto at det var min feil at produktet var misfarget etter at jeg vasket skjorten min i litt vann. Skyldte på meg at jeg hadde brukt feil såpe, eller at vannet mitt var skittent. Jeg brukte hverken såpe eller kjemikaler på skjorten, og vann lager ikke rosa flekker i plagget.
