I really donât get all the negative reviews here. I ordered twice from DA and had the best order/shipping/costumer success experience. The team is one of a kind and helps you everytime when it comes to sizes, shipping, etc. Both my packages arrived after 2-3 days and Iâm located in Germany. Just had an email from DHL saying I need to pay an extra £52 duty, I expect that this should be mentioned when checking out items that are being delivered to Uk, not hiding somewhere in the small print. Quite disgusted that in this day and age it isn't shown. Have asked customer services to cancel the order, no response so far.

Flere jeg kjenner har opplevd å kjÞpe klÊr derifra som har hatt hull og flekker ved levering, for ikke å snakke om blazeren deres som farger av på det man har under. Djerd sier dette kun gjelder en batch med blazere noe som ikke stemmer da flere jeg kjenner som har den blazeren sier det samme til tross for at de bestilte den med over et halvt års mellomrom.
Merket har rett og slett tapt seg skikkelig i kvalitet. Anbefales ikke!

I used to love this brand and was very happy with the first products I bought. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Loose threads and seams that unravel after using it one time or after one wash. Costumer service uses forever to respond and returns are difficult.
Several of my friends have had the experience of buying clothes from them and receiving their orders with holes or stains upon delivery, not to mention their blazers that discolour and ruins whatever you have underneath. Djerf lies and says this only applied to a certain batch of the blazers. That is not the case as the people I know bought them with months in between, some of them after Djerf was made aware of the problem.
The brand has simply lost itâs touch and quality. Sadly, I can no longer recommend itâŠ

Iâve been a customer since Matilda introduced the brand two years ago. In full honestly wanted to write this review after I read all the bad reviews, which in reality majority of the issues are a fault of the customer that they did not read that you will be charged customs upon delivery to the UK (Brexit) or that the return is for a fee (usually brands do that so that you think twice before buying, therefore more sustainable). I order to the uk and eu and everytime time I had a hassle free experience, as well as when returning. If Iâd had any issues with my item or order, the customer service team was always nice and quick with responding and resolving my issues. They really care for you, as a customer. Iâm a size UK16 and as sizing can be tricky sometimes, I am so happy that the items always fit me and the quality is amazing. I would always recommend it to everyone and cannot be more proud to support it ð§¡

Jeg har forsÞkt å kontakte både Turnr (returselskapet) og djerfavenue, men har hittil ikke hÞrt noe. Dette er problematisk når nettsiden samtidig krever at returer er mottatt innen 2 uker fra man har mottatt pakken.

Absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money!!! Clothes arenât that good quality, especially for the price. The returns policy is appalling and the customer service is atrocious. Avoid at all costs, theyâve taken hundreds from me! DHL are also the worst delivery service in the entire world. Save your money and spend it literally anywhere else
Overall good experience
Ordered the blazer and was really impressed with the quality for the price. Tried it on and realized I wanted more of an oversized fit. Exchange process was seamless and easy and customer service was extremely fast and friendly.

Beautiful clothes, Ok costumer service
I have now placed around 7 orders with Djerf, with about 4 items in each package, I have put a lot of my money in good clothes that are produced in Europe (Iâm from DK so I only buy clothes from European produced shops)
Overall my experience has been great! All of my items has been a great quality. Some items are a special fabric and should be taken very good care of, they note this on the website and people should just follow these instructions, then there is no problem!
All of the staple pieces are great quality, always, and can typically be washed as your ânormalâ clothes.
I am a medium in both bottom and top and I have never had any problems with sizing!
The only problem Iâve had was the costumer was not that informative about my order, it was 5 days since I placed my order and they said it wasnât packaged yet and couldnât inform me when it would be shipped (normal delivery is 3-5 days)
So I was quite disappointed with this, but to my surprise it was delivered 2 days after, with everything shipped in 1 night! And a total of 7 days, which is Ok.
But yeah thatâs why only 4 stars!

I bought a swimsuit that I liked from them but it was very expensive and a bit ill fitting but the return process is quite annoying and a hassle so I kept it. I ordered the breezy pants from them and they fit nothing like on Matilda- they fit tapered in the leg and not breezy on my size 14 body. Bummer! I thought the brands ethos was oversized and flexible in sizing, the models must be wearing sizes that are a LOT larger than their true size. I would give them a couple more stars if the return process was easier- Its just not worth it to order when you are worried about unreliable mail, customer service, and have to pay $20 to try it on. Also, if feels inauthentic to have only near 5 star reviews on their products on the website but if you come here (I couldn't figure out how to review on the website.. does that say something) and its bad reviews everywhere.

I have ordered three times from Djerf Avenue and I have selected multiple pieces across the Core Collection and the multiple drops that have happened since the launch. Here's what I think:
1. The preach on "superior quality" and sustainable sourcing & supply chain is a whole lot of green washing. The quality for certain pieces was definitely better than others. The breezy line is OK whereas the most recent drops have been truly disappointing. Threads snag constantly, oftentimes the stitching was just negligent, the fabrics range from recycled polyester to cupro (not so sustainable compared to other silk-like alternatives), and the list goes on...
2. I have reviewed some of the products I ordered recently. Some I have reviewed positively, some I have reviewed negatively, but in both scenarios I left honest reviews about fit, fabric and overall quality. They have to approve all the reviews first, which makes me question the authenticity of the rating of their products. I only managed to rate 3 products and all of a sudden I couldn't leave reviews on the rest of the products. Now my account doesn't even show my past orders anymore. It just feels shady. I would advise to get feedback on the brand and the product from other sources than the official website.
3. Please, invest on brands that really put workers rights, environmental sustainability and product quality first, especially for such an elevated price point. You are the customers and you get to decide. Get informed and choose wisely.
Return policy is extremely bad!
Return policy is extremely bad. Shirt arrived and had already some pulls. I tried to return it but they didnât accept it. I only tried the shirt once and very carefully. However, the customer service didnât accept the shirt because of the pulls (that the shirt already had in the beginning). Overall, the service was exceptionally poor and I didnât get my money back. Unfortunately, thus I would not recommend Djerfavenue to anyone. :(

Customer service does not care

However,
Customer service is pretty bad in my opinion, definitely could tell these individuals that work in their customer service department lack in education for it. Customer service has no communication with warehouse and vice versa. You have to send things back individually per code and cost. As an adult I can do this, however, it takes an extra good 5-10 minutes of my day instead of asking djerf for a return slip for this order for this item. They want you to do the work. They redirect you for a lot of things. Your package double ordered? â Call DHL babe or youâre out of luck â
Will redirect my money elsewhere because as a Los Angeles + American gal we are stuck in traffic, working to pay our healthcare, student loans, and groceries that now cost an arm and a leg, and when I wanna spoil myself I donât want to burden myself. Hopefully Matilda and her mans can figure it out, because they need to hire more, or hire someone who can rechange their customer service department.
