I really liked the layout of the shop & the attentive staff in La Marina shopping centre Finestrat.One of the staff spoke excellent English & explained everything very clearly.Her name was Dafne & she was so patient with everybody. A very good experience overall

I have been many times and have always received great customer service. It is very clear that the other reviews are writing about JD and not D&J sports. Very unfortunate that trustpilot hasn’t corrected it already and needs a better support team to help manage such errors.

Popped into J D Sports at Merry Hill today. Purchased a pair of Nike trainers £120 for my husband's birthday. After waiting what seemed an eternity to get the trainers, we were served by a young lad who said to my husband " do you want to buy some white laces? This is what everyone is doing now , matching the laces to the Nike tick colour... even people your age!!!!!" Really! How damn rude and ageist! We know how old we are but do t these idiots get trained in people skills. I didn't hear him say this. I can assure you he would have definitely had a very strong piece of my mind. Won't be going in there again. Total rudeness!

One of the worst online retail experiences ever. Ordered gift card with 2 day delivery. After 4 days, not arrived. Rang customer service, first couldn’t find my order number, then said payment was pending ( debited to my bank account), said they’d post today. Told them too late for young boys birthday now. No apology, blamed the system, let’s see if I get a refund! Avoid!

Just been in to JD Sports in Canary wharf, have to say worst shop I have ever been in ,the staff by the door chatting about tik tok and how to skam people, is there guidance in this retail shop ,put my items back
