Unpacked the new DK TESTING 5V 10A cell testers. They have a clean design and are easy to use straight away - seems like reliable equipment for battery testing.

DK TESTING's 5V 10A battery tester performs consistently well; it's fast and accurate which is important for cell grading. The user manual could be better, but the machine is solid and support helps out.

We purchased 3 battery testers - 2 for lead acid and 1 for lithium. Cost was not insignificant. On delivery the 2 lead battery testers had multiple faults which we resolved in-house after lack of response from DK. Now 7 out of 7 desulphurise have failed and we have tried again to resolve internally due to lack of support from DK. In a last resort a video was sent to Zheng at DK with a walk through of what we were experiencing in detail. His response to the video was - "We hope you could give us honest feedback about the problem, but it is a pity that you did not give us feedback according to the actual situation, so that we cannot provide solutions in time" I urged him to watch the video again and his next response was "What are you talking!!!, you're really a rude man". If this is the customer support for a loyal client, then don’t expect much better. Zheng Feng - Sales Director, you need develop a dedicated customer care team. After sales support is zero. I look forward to your response and further inability to help.
