Our price range is extensive, and our menus consist of ingredients of the highest quality. Companies on our island must consider high costs and expenses when setting product and menu prices. Additionally, our sunbeds come with minimum consumption, which is a measure quite usual in several restaurants like ours.

I kindly request that you reconsider some of the harsh expressions used and accusations, as we strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests and there is no intention on our part to spoil our guests' experience.

I am very interested in your opinion about your overall experience, and I hope that the drinks/food met or even exceeded your expectations.

Regarding the service charge, please note that service fees are standard practice in many services across Europe, including Greece. . If you felt that our waiter was not deserved the service fee based on his performance, you had the option to opt out. I apologize for any confusion regarding the service fee and any misunderstanding of it as a tax.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and thoughts on our services, facilities, sea view, and our prime location at Platis Gialos Beach.

About the service charge, the service fee is the norm in many services around Europe. You could opt out, if you felt it that it was not deserved for our waiter's services. I am sorry for any misunderstanding of the service fee as a tax.

Our sunbeds come with minimum consumption, which is also a measure quite usual in several restaurants like ours. We encourage all visitors to check the menus. Our menus can be found in the black boards by the entrance, displaying our prices so that our guests may be prepared for the level of our prices.
