Shocking company and customer service

Had a ghost immobiliser fitted today, the best experience I have had from a professional garage, I really don’t do reviews but I had too, thanks guys, best regards Mel

Fantastic customer service and the items were delivered the day I was promised. Would definitely recommend DK performance for wheel and tyre packages.

I have no problems with the delivery service ,however after consultation with the garage I was sent the wrong size alloys ,,consequently I have had to buy 4 new tyres as well. And now have amber and red lights on dash appertaining to NO ABS ,NO EBD ,NO EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM,PARK BREAK SYSTEM FAULT .I am now having to take car to a jaguar landrover specialist. Not happy !

Avoid at all cost.

I brought my car in for a clutch replacement only. The car was running fine — no leaks, no warning lights. I have the recovery report to prove that.

They quoted me over £900, while other small garages (same size as theirs) quoted from £588, and Halfords quoted £821 including VAT. Their price didn’t even include VAT. After I pushed back, they reduced it to £880, which was still unreal.
I only agreed because moving the car would have cost me even more. I honestly wish I had taken it elsewhere.
After the job, I got the car back in worse condition:
– Turbo pipe broken
– Engine hose disconnected
– Oil leaking underneath
– New engine warning light on
I asked what happened, and they just said: “It’s an old car, things break.” That’s not an explanation — that’s an excuse for bad workmanship.

I truly believe they caused more damage because I questioned their price. They didn’t care and just wanted to get rid of me.

I regret ever trusting this garage.
Avoid this place at all cost.

I spoke with DK Performance on WhatsApp about fitting some particular tyres to the wheels I was looking to order. Very good communication and they were very helpful, although I had to decline their offer and order just the wheels instead. I ordered on their website where they required the registration number of the car. The order was delivered very quick (next day by 10 AM) and I was surprised to find in the package new bolts and stickers for the centre caps to match my car.

Went to dku a week or so ago, guys are great, really nice, quite knowledgeable too, fitted a catback system on my gti, sounds amazing, they really care about the customer & their opinions, 100% recommend.

I ordered online and was called back within half an hour to ensure that I had ordered the correct fit for my car. I was then told what would come with the wheels regarding fitting kits etc.
When the wheels arrived (I ordered at 3pm on Wednesday and they arrived Friday lunchtime) they were very well packed, had everything I needed plus they had added Citroen centre caps as well as the generic caps.

They were the cheapest and the service was fantastic
