I attend 2 Pilates classes each week…
I attend 2 Pilates classes each week with Donna and no 2 classes are the same. Each class is different in that they offer varying difficulty levels for each move, which always ensures you can push yourself if you want to. Since January we have been using equipment in our Friday class which has brought a whole new level of challenges and progress. Donna is friendly, professional and supportive. I would highly recommend you to give one of Donna’s classes a go 😊
Excellent Pilates Class!
Since starting Donnas classes my lower back pain has eased massively now that my core is much stronger. She mixes things up each week and uses a variety of equipment to keep it fun. I look forward to this class every week and already feel the benefits of Pilates after just a couple of months. Thank you ☺️
Feeling stronger, healthier and in less pain
I’ve had a one-to-one PT session with Donna where she helped me with my posture. My back ache has gone completely and using the very manageable exercises she’s given me is already making me feel stronger. I am now attending one of her Pilates group classes and finding it varied, challenging but achievable. I’m also seeing an improvement in my running too. She’s so gentle and encouraging as well as extremely knowledgeable.
Pilates with Donna
I have been attending a Pilates class with Donna for a few years now. I have found my flexibility has improved and I have fewer issues with my lower back. The classes are not repetitive and Donna gives various options to make the moves easier or harder depending on your ability.
Amazing classes
Donna provides pilates classes for all levels, she gives simple instructions and modifications for all abilities. I've been going to Donna's class for 2 years, classes are great, all exercises clearly explained. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my fitness. I would definitely recommend!
Donna’s Pilates classes.
I have been attending Donna’s Pilates classes for a few years and my body strength is improved immensely and back problems much improved.
The classes are enjoyable, as Donna makes them fun and all levels of fitness are catered for.
The thing I didn’t expect, is that the breathing and movement, really help to manage and combat , any feelings of anxiety, as I have ADHD , this is a real plus point.

Great variation and instruction
Donna’s classes are always different and I feel my strength and fitness have improved massively.
Instruction is clear and easy to understand - one of the best instructors for Pilates in the area.
1:1 PT Sessions & Pliates
I have really enjoyed working with Donna recently, in both 1:1 PT sessions and one of her popular Pilates classes. I have achieved so much in such a short space of time and have really noticed a difference in my strength and mobility. Donna makes it really easy to incorporate exercise into a busy schedule. I'm looking forward to trying some of her online offerings in the New Year.
Donna’s Little Black Dress 30 day 10…
Donna’s Little Black Dress 30 day 10 minute workouts was the perfect way to bring a regular fitness time back into my busy calendar. Learning exercises and ways to get your body moving also helped bring more movement into my day. This has been the catalyst to finally dropping a dress size and I highly recommend using Donna especially if like me your exercise schedule was non existent! Feeling happier, healthier and ready to continue into Christmas and 2026.

Pilates to suit all levels
I have been attending Donna's pilates classes for a couple years. She is a really good teacher. The exercises she shows us can be modified to meet all needs and levels.

Can’t recommend Donna highly enough. She works really hard and is totally dedicated to health and fitness, she genuinely wants to help others to achieve their goals. Her Pilates classes are always different - challenging those who want more and also catering for those new to Pilates or those recovering from injury - something for all. Donna is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, friendly and makes her classes fun too. I always look forward to her classes and walk out feeling good and motivated. I absolutely love Donna’s Pilates classes, they are so inclusive and always fun. The classes are always different and we are always given variations of movements that suits everyone.
Donna always greets you with a warm welcome, and her super friendly manor puts you at ease straight away. I would highly recommend Donna’s classes regardless of age or ability.

I have been attending 2 Pilates sessions a week for over a year. My core strength and flexibility have definitely improved. Donna is an excellent instructor, she keeps us all motivated and every class is different and challenging.

Excellent program for women
Donna's program helped me to see my eating habits could be improved and gave suggestions. Her workout videos are brilliant, I really enjoyed the variety from Pilates to strength with weights. She adapts to all levels and really listens to your worries and needs. I fully recommend working with Donna, she just gets it.

Effective and welcoming fitness classes.
I attend Pilates classes with Donna twice a week, follow her on fb and subscribe to her online studio. She is a very experienced fitness professional and posts updates and new classes regularly so there is plenty of variety. Donna is always up to speed with the latest exercise and nutrition advice so you know her advice is based on best practice and solid science. Classes allow for different levels of challenge with straight forward real world solutions to incorporate into a busy schedule. Absolutely NO boot camp intimidation, fad foods or pressure just genuine support to reach your goals.

I attend Donna’s Pilates class and also online classes at home for strength training. Donna explains everything clearly so classes are easy to follow, no two classes are the same, so no chance of getting bored. Donna will also adapt exercises to suit individual needs and most classes include a mix of ages and abilities. She’s created a great community and made getting a strong mind & body fun.
