Initially I wasn't sure whether I was going to let my house or sell so I had meetings with both Amy and Chiara who were knowledgeable in their respective areas, professional and respectful of my position. I ended up selling and Amy has been excellent through the whole process. Always responsive to any queries I had and has kept me up to date all the way through. I cannot imagine that it could have gone any better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We used DM&Co to sell my parents property and were very satisfied with the service received from start to finish. Ann especially worked with us and she was extremely pleasant but professional and did everything possible to ensure the sale reached completion successfully. I would certainly highly recommend and use again.

Evie is so far the best and most talented I have came across working with full dedication and hard work. She works very professionally with dedication and puts all her extra effort in finding the desired place and properly following up.

From start to finish, both Chiara and Evie were fantastic in helping myself and my partner secure our new home (rental).
Upon an initial enquiry about renting with DM&Co I received a response right away and the process was smooth sailing from there. I was also given the choice of which apartment to go for which was a great surprise! The application process followed suit where both Chiara and Evie were on hand throughout the entire process and helped with any questions I had. Compared to other/previous agents, the service is second to none and I highly recommend using DM&Co if you can!
Even after I was settled into the property, the above agents made regular check ins which was reassuring that any problems would be resolved quickly although the property is perfect.
Overall my expectations about renting and the service you get have been exceeded which is an understatement in itself.

Quick renting process! DM & Co were helpful when we were looking for somewhere to rent. The flat we rented is managed by the landlord so we aren't in much contact with DM & Co post move-in but they've been great any time we needed them.

Always so helpful and understanding easy to get in touch with a big Thank you to Steph today for helping in an emergency making 1000 phone calls for me really will do all they can to help I’m very grateful

Appointed DM & Co, to assist in the sale of my Late Mother's House. My daughter used DM & Co, 3 years ago, and highly recommended them. How right she was, from initial call for a valuation to the Sale completion, the service and attention to detail has been absolutely First Class. Communication throughout has been excellent, with very regular updates.
I cannot praise everyone involved enough, but I must highlight 2 members of their team in particular, Victoria and Anne. The help, advice, support, was on a level of customer service I'd not encountered in years. Special praise to these wonderful ladies. Thank you, you have been Stars!!

Recently found a rental property through DM & Co. homes. Extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process. Particular mention goes to Julieanne who has been fantastic throughout with truly exceptional levels of customer care . Always willing to go the extra mile with an unrelentless drive to ensure all matters completed to full satisfaction . Communication always world class with nothing being too much trouble . Julianne was very easy to deal with and always friendly throughout the post move process, a credit to the business. Absolutely recommend DM&CO as the agent to use.

The team at DM did a great job. Very communicative and sale progression was excellent.

After a long and drawn out process for ourselves and our buyer, we finally exchanged and completed the week before last. I would particularly note the professionalism and support from Ann and Victoria who both kept us informed and politely chased the process with all involved parties.
It is a relief to be finally in our new home and we look forward to spending our first Christmas rediscovering possessions that have been boxed and waiting to be moved over a lengthy period of time.

DM & co we're really helpful and very professional. All the staff were polite and understanding throughout the whole process and in particular Victoria was a great help in completing sale.

From initial contact Ann worked tirelessly on helping us achieve the purchase of our “forever” home.
We had a few hiccups with the sale of our previous home, but Ann’s regular contact with us and her client allowed that bit of extra time to finalise our own deal.
The entire process from offer, offer accepted, exchange to complete took us just 8 weeks!
Yes the chain was short, but Ann took onboard all parties desire to move as quickly as possible….and helped make it happen.
We have been in our new home for just under a week, and we love it. We even had the pleasure of meeting the last owners, who explained they were previously on with a different agent, and wished they had used DM&Co from the start…..but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
