Absolutely fantastic service from Deborah - we rang on a Friday night after realising at the last minute that we needed a travel car seat for our holiday the following Monday. DMB is fantastic. I was anxious about driving over to the shop with my little one, but Deborah drove out to us (free of charge). She did a demo of the car seats I asked her to bring, and she had new ones with her that I could purchase. She also answered so many questions I had!

Most notably I felt like Deborah didn't try to sway me to purchase a more expensive chair. She really wanted to help us find one that works for our family and baby. She said I could continue to ask her questions if I needed help with fitting my child into the chair as he grows.

I feel so grateful to have asked Deborah for help. I'd recommend DMB Car Seats to all parents!

For context: car rides have been stressful with my baby who cries every car ride. We tested out the car seat we purchased from Deborah and we had the happiest drives to date.

I got in touch with Deborah for advice about a spare car seat for my 3 year old for his grandparents car. Deborah was quick to reply and provided me with an abundance of advice and relevant links about the safety of ERF. I then booked a fit check for the current car seat. Deborah gave an expert fit and check and demonstrated where to check if the car seat was still suitable for him. At the same time, Deborah saw my little girl sat in her car seat and saw that the isofix base was not required in Granny's car, due to the seats being sloped, and Deborah correctly fitted the car seat using the seat belt to secure it in place. I had my daughter in a car seat wrap and Deborah gently reminded me that it can cause over heating and to just use a blanket when transporting her between the house and car. I would highly recommend using DMB services for advice or to purchase new car seats for your child.

From my first contact with Deborah I knew she would be perfect in helping me find my babies new car seat. I wanted the safest car seat. She was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to ensure she could recommend the right car seats for my girls age, height and weight. She gave full detail on each car seat and helped me pick my new one.

I live a long distance from DMB so wasnt able to see Deborah in person however, the after service care and support was amazing too. She guided me on fitting the car seat and correct positioning for my baby.

The service received from DMB car seats is always outstanding. If you need a car seat of any kind, this is the place to shop. The after sales service is so reassuring knowing that your child will be safely fitted in the seat as they grow.

DMB only sell the safest products on the market, and Deborah is knowledgeable on all of them. Very helpful and very friendly.

Always really helpful and gives you all the information you need on each car seat. Great that she helps install the seat and shows how child should be correctly fitted. Have used many times now and would always recommend.

Absolutely brilliant experience.

Excellent service. I had a couple of questions about which seat to buy to fit three across in my car. Deborah was easily contactable to answer these questions and even after I had the car seat, to assist me with installing the seat. Excellent level of care and I will definitely be using this company again.

They sold what I needed to buy and are located in the same nation of the UK as I am, so why not shop locally, even when shopping online!
