Clear, Professional, and Respectful Recruitment Experience

I was contacted by a recruiter from DNA325 about a Digital Marketing Manager position. The communication was clear from the start. Happily, I didn’t get generic messages about an “interesting project”. The recruiter actually understood the role and whether my hard skills match the job requirements. They were also quick to respond.

There were some pauses in the process, but it seemed like those came from the client’s side. DNA325 kept me updated anyway, which I appreciated.

In the end, I didn’t move forward with the role, but overall the experience was smooth and respectful.

Humane recruiting

I am writing this review as a software engineer.
I was contacted through a professional network by one of their representatives.
From the start, he was friendly and very informative with the roles he had to fill.
At every step of the process he was present, reminding me of the upcoming stage, or just encouraging me.
I never had such a frictionless process.
