Hello everyone, my name is Margarita, my account number is 1000355. I have experience working with DNAMarkets. Overall, the company performs well, but there are problems with withdrawals. I ask the company to withdraw my money.

It's a functional broker and I haven't had any issues with my trades. The execution is fine and the spreads are okay, though they can jump a bit during the rollover period. The client dashboard feels a bit dated compared to some newer competitors, but it gets the job done.

DNA Markets have now confirmed in writing that client accounts are held under “Focus Markets LLC, incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.” In response to my questions, they stated:

“Under clause 23.3 of the client agreement, you indemnified the company… we will take action against you to recover any and all costs associated with addressing your poorly informed, baseless and defamatory assertions.”

Rather than addressing any of the factual issues raised — including their acceptance of customers from regions where they are not authorised, their links with Eightcap (which provides infrastructure and liquidity), and the absence of proper client safeguarding or negative balance protection — DNA Markets responded only with legal threats.

Customers should be aware that:
• Focus Markets LLC / DNA Markets is registered offshore in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a jurisdiction with no financial conduct regulation for forex trading.
• They accept clients using full KYC documents from the UK and EU, yet do not hold FCA or ASIC regulation.
• The same platform and branding are linked to Eightcap, an Australian-regulated entity, suggesting a shared operational or technological relationship that may confuse customers about who actually holds their funds.
• When asked about security measures, account protection, or dispute handling, they refused to answer and threatened legal action instead.

This review reflects verifiable written correspondence and raises legitimate consumer-protection concerns. Prospective users should research thoroughly before depositing funds, as this company operates outside UK or EU financial-services protections.

I love this market. It close to my house.e, and the prices are excellent, the workers are so courteous and respectful.i recommend that you go down there and get the household products,and smokes if need be. Love you guys.

when i withdrew, i did not get my complete amount and now they even shut down DNA markets and are tied up somewhere else. They even closed our accounts as well..

if you must scam people, be smart about it. The length people would go just to steal from others. Terrible!

Be cautious, scam broker!

Does not process withdrawals through the original method, violating anti-money laundering laws.
Experiences a spike at every stop-loss, significantly increasing losses.
Spreads rise upon order placement.
Losses are greater than stated.

This broker attempts everything to take your money. It is impossible to trade under such conditions! Depositing money here results in a 100% loss.

Customer experience was good but not amazing, they answered all my questions though. Withdrawal process was easy and was done quickly which I was happy about.

Doing some research, looks like DNA Markets itself has only been around for 8ish months (June 2023 I think) so I'm looking forward to seeing them develop more.

I couldn't help but be pleasantly surprised by the trading conditions at DNA Markets. Their offerings are crystal clear, with competitive spreads and commissions.

Exceptional trading markets. I've spent some money using forex throught them. They are so helpful, and I am still profitable.

It was not good at the beginning, i think just because they were new broker. by now, DNA Market is good broker, Professiona, reliability, nice and friendly support.

I was pleasantly surprised with how good DNA Markets trading conditions were. I saw they were a new broker and gave them a shot. Spreads and commissions were really competitive. So far, so good.
