Highly recommended

Silvia (and her husband David) were incredibly gracious and professional while I—working pro se—figured out how to set up and run an online remote deposition. I didn’t realize how much coordination these things take, or how many unexpected turns can come up, but Silvia was consistently available, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely friendly at every step. That kind of attention and reliability is invaluable. Both Silvia and David are licensed Remote Online Notaries, and they handled everything with calm, thorough professionalism.

If you need a Remote Online Notary for a deposition or other notarization and want someone reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, I can’t recommend Silvia and David highly enough.

Excellent and quick service

Silvia was incredibly responsive! We booked a meeting less than 24 hours ahead. She came to my house just in time, explained the process quickly and made sure I understood all the steps. 10/10 will use again if I need a notary!
