Relatively new to TT bikes so the knowledge that Greg was able to share was brilliant. Fantastic experience, very welcoming, cool gadgets and really felt like we made big progress on positioning. Definitely would recommend without hesitation, you will not be disappointed!

Greg did a brilliant job sorting our my bike fit ahead of a big riding challenge. My set up wasn't wildly off, but stepping up to much bigger distances than I was used to was throwing up a few issues. It's amazing what difference a few mm here and there makes, I'm now getting noticeably less shoulder tension and much more comfortable through my arms & hands. The experience was really enjoyable, such a lovely and knowledgable guy, with added inspo for possible future challenges!

As a fairly amateur cyclist I was a bit nervous about going for a 'proper' bike fit - Greg was extremely friendly and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. A few subtle tweaks and I can feel the difference. A super nice, knowledgeable professional I would recommend to anyone.

I delayed getting a bike fit for a long time, thinking I could get into the right position through trail and error - but I would never have made the changes Greg recommended. It seemed anti intuitive at first but the gains in pedaling efficiency and comfort were almost immediate. Greg went into all the anatomical detail and the knowledge gained has changed my riding style and transformed the experience of being on the bike.

Greg obviously has loads of bike fitting experience which he put to great use along with video technology to carry out a structured and comprehensive assessment. Resultant adjustments to both of my bikes were clearly explained. He subsequently sent a detailed written report detailing measurements and changes made for future reference. I’ve yet to ride any distance to test my bike fit but am confident that Greg has done a thorough and competent job. Very nice guy too!

I have previously been to Greg for a bike fit. Today’s trip was to have my cleats reviewed due to knee pain, after having to replace a broken cleat. Greg identified the problem straight away and I’m glad to say that after having completed a test ride this afternoon everything is back to normal. Thanks Greg!

Greg couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and the difference he made to my comfort on the bike was apparent immediately. A really enjoyable experience and I would completely recommend- I just wish I’d done it sooner!

Having been riding for around 5 years, this was my first bike fitting. I am now getting used to my new position on the bike, and looking forward to a summer of comfortable and efficient riding! Greg was also happy to share his knowledge and expertise on all this bikes and triathlon which was also very helpful.

My first bike fit after many years riding on a casual level - really informative and enjoyable session. The tech used is amazing - combined with Greg’s depth of knowledge and experience he made several changes to my bike and cleat set up - very obvious for me to see using the before and after images in front of me at the time. I wish I had done this sooner. A bike fit by Greg is a must. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable man with all the experience you could wish for. Not only do you get a bike fit but he will advise you on a whole host of other aspects of your training.

Got a bike fit done by Gregg for the return of the long summer rides, very knowledgeable and plenty of time taken to set up cleats, saddle and hood angles. Comprehensive report supplied with all measurements to strip and be able to reset bike back up. Definitely go back with next bike, looking at performance test when spot becomes available.

Just had my second Doctor Sprocket bike fit. Had the road bike and shoes fitter a couple of years ago with great results. This time Greg fitted by Specialized Diverge Gravel Bike. The cleat fit in particular has made a big difference and has made long rides much more comfortable.
No doubt I'll be back to get my mountain bike sorted.
Highly recommended.

An excellent investment. Superbly knowledgeable with a wealth of experience to draw on. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be using again. Comfort and power transfer much improved with minor adjustments!
