I arranged a double bike fit with Greg to make sure both of my bikes were the best possible geometry. I’ve been riding since 2015 and had a couple of fits elsewhere but this by far was the most in depth. Without knowing it, I had a pelvic tilt on 1 bike due to the seat placement and the handlebars were also slightly off center as well. Raised the saddle height by 14mm, changed the position of my cleats and now I can’t wait to try it out. If you’re spending time and money on a bike, then the first thing you need to do is have a bike fit with Greg. Highly recommend. I have a feeling I’ll be spending more time in there for other things in the New Year 👍

From the start of the session, everything that was going to be done was explained in detail and perfectly by Greg. He also went into depth about the reasons each test was done and what each outcome would mean. During each test, again, Greg explained in detail how to take the test and he was extremely supportive in the amr test to push and get the best result. Once completed, he explained my results and then organised my follow up zoom call appointment with their manager to fully explain my results and suggested training program and diet. Following these, I have already begun to steadily lose weight and improve my fitness

The process was thorough, measuring me to my bike and advising on a suitable saddle and positioning. I would recommend Greg to anyone wanting to be measured properly for their bike.

Can’t recommend enough! As well as a great service, I was educated on many other things from cycling, nutrition and recovery. I 100% recommend to anyone to go see Greg he’s a genuine down to earth guy with a lot of knowledge in the industry. My bike feels a lot better, definitely more comfortable. Very professional job. First timer being fit. Greg was brilliant, he listened to me, took into account my body, medical history and the type of riding I do. Everything was explained and made sense, some surprising changes were made(I’ve ridden bikes for 40 years)
He sent us all the technical stuff today and lots of pointers towards diet, cycle specific exercises and training (all good stuff)
So….went for a short ride today and much more comfortable and the riding was easier, wished I’d done this years ago.
My partner had her fit at the same time and had a very similar experience.
I cannot recommend Greg enough.
As soon as I buy another bike I’ll be straight back there🙂

Had a bike fit with Greg today, he is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what and why he is doing. He does all this in a very relaxed and easy going manner, and doesn’t make you feel uneasy in any way. I highly recommend anyone, experienced or not to visit Greg for a bike fit. Greg provided an incredibly professional individualised bike fit. I would thoroughly him recommend to anyone even vaguely considering a bike fit. For me it worked as an infrequent rider mainly getting out occasionally on the bike for enjoyment. I am sure from his experience and very apparent biomechanics and human physiology knowledge which compliments his personable chat, equally he would pitch it right to fast club riders and pro athletes.

Through an initial chat he explored my requirements - it’s a while since I’ve ridden regularly but prompted by ride 100k in a week challenge (my longest ride - by a long way) which I had been encouraged to do in a day. With only my vague ‘I don’t feel very comfortable and don’t feel my breathing is very easy’ Greg was able to work with that and correctly queried about other niggles (hand numbness)

I left in a much more comfortable, efficient and economical riding position, which served me well round my 100k (Greg appropriately advised tackling it in chunks - I ignored that bit of advice!!)

Greg was very knowledgeable and professional. I cycle just for pleasure so my focus was comfort ie no injuries.
Greg very quickly identified a few tweaks for my bike to support my ride .
Really interesting and valuable experience and I definitely recommend his bike fit service for all.
I took so long to review as I wanted time to give the adjustments a proper test.

Everything about the bike fit procedure was really well explained as we went through it and there was also lots of really useful extra bike and triathlon -related advice .
I’ve been having some low back pain and hand discomfort whilst cycling , these seemed to disappear as soon as I got back onto the bike after the various adjustments were made.
I’m really looking forward to getting out on the bike and checking it out further now

Greg is a very knowledgeable, humble guy who knows so much about his trade, he is a fitter/coach/health advisor all into one but doesn't charge the earth. I am now cycling further without pain and would highly recommend anyone who is weighing up the benefit of a fit as Greg's fits are very much more than that.

The pre-purchase jig fit allowed me to confidently choose components when buying the bike, and the post-purchase fit confirmed they were good choices.

Great guy with incredible knowledge. The bike already feels completely different. Though it will take a few rides to bed it all in, it feels a different beast already. The actual process was comfortable and greg made it relaxed. Totally recommend this to anyone that rides a bike with any degree of effort.

Excellent bike fit service provided by Greg. I was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I listened. Greg is very knowledgeable and has given me some great tips for my cycling. I had been suffering with a few niggles and Greg found out the reason behind these issues and gave recommendations on how to solve them. Highly recommend any cyclist visits Greg to ensure they are getting the most from their bike.

In July this year I was persuaded to have a bike fit and elected to go to Dr Sprocket. My problems were quite severe, left shoulder pain on rides longer than an hour, knee pain in both knees and numbness in both hands. It was also found that due to differences in foot size my cleats positioning needed to be reassessed. 4 weeks and many hours later those issues were no longer evident. 10 weeks later I completed 2400kms in 25 days and still no problems. Evidence enough to convince you to get a bike fit

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy riding their bike- not just club riders! Incredible knowledge, really puts you at ease, checks absolutely everything that could be affecting your cycling experience and provides additional advice on fitness, stretching, nutrition, injury- just everything. A brilliant experience. I couldn’t wait to get out on my bike.
