Thank you Very Much, Have a Great Christmas
I am very disappointed that an item has never arrived!
I am very disappointed that my personalised I’m chipped dog tag has not arrived in the most. I have also not heard back regarding where the item is and when it will be delivered. Poor communication and I have paid for an item that I have w not received. Such a shame as all other items arrived very fast and are beautiful, but I would not advise ordering from here.

We are very disappointed in this review.
You did not email us until a few days ago which we promptly replied, We asked a few questions and then ordered a new id tag to be sent out. We sent you proof of postage which shows that it was sent out immediately by our specialist and that it was clear that royal mail who had lost your package. This Review should be aimed at Royal Mail not our small business that sent your order out straight away! Your review also states that the other products arrives very fast and are beautiful which is exactly the service we provide.
Looking at our 4.8 out of 5 star reviews its clear our communication is not poor and in fact we do provide a 5 star service

Products are great but service questionable
Products are great, however it took over a week for my order to arrive after selecting Royal Mail 24.
A simple message to say that they were very busy and there would be a delay in orders would have sufficed.

Fabulous order again!
Fabulous order again! Such good quality and the effort Carla and Scott make to say a personalised thank you makes me so happy - it’s such a small thing but it shows how much they care and appreciate your order. Got the new harness they launched in a sagey green and it’s perfect for fall! Also treated myself to their human sweater which is very comfortable and good quality. I love this brand and will be a repeat customer for a long time!! I have 5 of their harnesses now and definitely need to add more stuff to my collection x

Fantastic, Thank You!
I was worried about the sizing, but it’s very accurate to the size chart. My little pup looks lovely now I’m more excited than her for walkies! Super quick delivery, great quality. Thank you so much. I will be buying another once this one gets too small ❤️
