J’ai reçu ma première commande en un peu moins d’un mois après qu’ils l’aient envoyé. J’ai payé environ 80€ de frais de port pour 4,7kg. J’ai économisé ~100€ en passant par eux. Y a pas la nouvelle taxe francaise qui se fait appliquée ni de douane (ça dépend de la ligne de livraison)
Worst experience I ever had and it seems a lot of people here who downvoted has also experienced the same thing as me. My package couldn’t be delivered to my uk address due to address being incorrect or not recognisable, now before they shipped my package I asked them to confirm address with me which they did and it was correct so I was hoping this wouldn’t have happened but they most likely printed label incorrectly and I ended up having my package “destroyed” (what they said) because I refused to pay £40 redispatch for their mistakes terrible company please do not fall for dogegoo tiktok promotions!!!!!
My package was seized by usps for invalid postage. I waited a month for my package and now im struggling to receive my full refund. Terrible.
They logged my out of my account and said my account don’t exist
DOGEGOO was a terrible experience. They made a labeling error on my package, which caused it to be undeliverable and sent back to their warehouse. I tried to work with them to resolve the issue, but they offered no help, no resolution, and I’m now out $122 with nothing to show for it. This was my first and only order with them, and if I could go back 20 days, I’d tell myself to run — there are plenty of other companies out there that actually deliver and don’t scam their customers.
