I absolutely love my pet keychain. It makes me happy to see and remember my sweet Sugar everytime I reach for my keys. The quality is great and it arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has pets.

Amazing customized canvas!
I ordered a large canvas print of my golden retriever, Max, from Doggovinci. The process was very straightforward; I just uploaded my favorite photo on their website (doggovinci.com) around a month ago, and the team was quick to confirm the order.
The artists did a fantastic job capturing his likeness. The illustration style is unique, and the print quality is superb—the colors are vibrant and true to what I expected. The finished product arrived securely packaged and surprisingly quickly given the custom nature of the item. It’s now hanging proudly in our living room.
Overall, a great experience and a wonderful keepsake for any pet owner!

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had high hopes, but thought it might be too good to be true. Turns out the blanket exceeded my expectations!! It turned out perfect and looks just like my dogs. My husband was surprised and loved the combination of his favorite team and favorite dogs. 100% will recommend to anyone looking for a unique gift idea.

This is strictly a review based on their “friendly” customer service. I’m sorry but just because you end and email in “nice” way, it can still be rude and disrespectful. I spoke with (joy) and she was very hurtful and rude I had No issues with her but she fought me on what day my design was approved told me I was Wrong and when I provided Proof and told her my tracking wasn’t working and I was Told to contact her by the tracking company. She in a “nice way” called me a liar gave wrong information and said it was my fault. When she realized she was wrong she made a rude comment that it doesn't matter that dates the order was approved cus it in the time frame which is true but also not I think dates are important when paying so much and I wanna track my package. Even though she was wrong because it’s within her time frame she used that as an excuse instead of apologizing for her saying the wrong dates of my order details. Which I agree It is within the time frame however given false information and being rude isn’t acceptable on my end. No accountability and poor communication if she would have simply apologized for not giving the correct dates or said she misspoke but would try and at least help with the tracking issue I would have been fine. I mentioned the tracking not working multiple times I was ignored and told it works for her so it’s working. When I sent her the screen shot she ignored it and sent the same link. I also Requested to speak to a manager three times before she messaged me back “ no worries” “ our conversation has been forwards to our teams and managers”. Okay great thank you for doing that. Now I hope I can speak To them please. She told me I need To “be kinder”. I explain To her multiple times to have a great holiday that I’m not upset with the dates but the tracking. That in the chance that she did state incorrect information I have every right to correct that information and I do not think that is rude. That is simply me double checking that we are on the same page here with the information that I have basic customer service skills. She told me I’d receive my tracking once it was shipped and I had To email her again to find out it Had already been shipped and I was Sent a tracking 24 hours after it shipped. I placed my order 9th approved everything the day she reached out to me on the 11th. I then waited 7 business days to ask anything was was met with rude customer service. I’m so sad because I’m sure this was not the company but a her issue. Hopefully I hear From their management. But trusting her to actually get them for me. I’m not sure I can.really truly feeling disrespected attacked and upset.

This is the second pillow I purchased from Doggovinci. Both pillows turned out very cute. The staff was delightful to work with. They even helped me with the graphics to ensure the pillow turned out just right. Excellent customer service.

I LOVE this company. I've gotten a few canvases from here and absolutely love them! They truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. They have wonderful, friendly customer service. Very quick turn around. I love that they send you proofs to approve first so you always know what you're getting and that you're happy with it.
