I was skeptical at first but now I'm a loyal customer - everything I've ordered has exceeded my expectations

The material feels premium, and my dog looks adorable in the new harness , couldn’t ask for better.

I asked a question about materials and support replied quickly and clearly, ended up adding treats and an extra toy to the cart.

Fast delivery and honest communication, our squeaky plush is still squeaking after countless games, which is a first for us.

Couldn’t be happier with the nail clipper quality, smooth cut, safe guard works, and the price made it an easy add on.

No problem with the ordering process. It took a long time for the goods to arrive, which they did from China. (hence the delay). The coats I received according to Doggykings sizing on their website was totally inaccurate. Very disappointing!!!
The coats were of a good quality but just too small!

The website is a mere shell ; when you ask for a refund you have to complete an email on the "contact us" button. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee so I hope they live up to this pledge.

Don't bother with doggy kings. I got the coat and it was nice. The clip broke on first use. Tried to contact doggy kings but cant get hold of them. Ignoreing all emails. Terrible customer service and won't go back

Dont waste your time and money. Good luck if you ever have to return an item and if you order....you'll wait a couple months before receiving. Find another site.

Ordered large for a dachshund as previously ordered medium and a little small but managed. Received a coat that would struggle to fit a yorkie. Waste of money don't use this retailer.

SCAM!! 2 months no product, won’t answer emails, no phone, don’t be fooled as they are out of China

I like how useful and nice-looking the items are. My dog enjoys them too, though it's not perfect.

Do not believe the "We want all our customers to be happy"/lifetime warrantee for their winter coat dog harness. The first three wintewr coat harnesses I bought the zippers all broke the first year---- or even season. I somehow let those "slide" and did not pewrsue replacements. We really loke the coat/harnesses ptherwise. I bought a fourth coat and within months, guess what---- once again the cheal zipper broke. This time I saved all my paperwork from the purchase, and contacted Doggykingdom for a replacement. I jumped through all the hoops filling out the informayion and sent it in. I waited a couple of days and received another request from Doggykingdom to once again provide THE SAME INFORMATION---- so, back to the beginning. I then received an email asking me to provide "video of the incident"---- so I took several pictures, sent them in with (once more) all the information, details, etc---- and it has now been another two weeks and they refuse to contact me---- so much for "lifetime warrantee" and "we want you to be a happy customer". I am NOT a happy customer---- and this treatment of my request does not speak well---- at all---- of the "honesty" of their guarantee" and their promise of "wanting to keep all customers happy". Empty promises.

They have a hidden return policy that basically makes it so you give them more money for a replacement product. The harness was too big even though the weight measurement was accurate. No way to speak to anyone by telephone. The only way to tell it was too big was to try it on. I'm now out 56.00.

Have been a consistent customer of them for almost a year now. The amount of purchases for my pup is likely getting close to the double digits now. Yet to have a bad occurrence so thought I'd share my experience with them

I am happy with the harness itself, but when I received it, the phone number was not completed on the name tag. It turns out that because I put a "1" in front of the area code, they did not put the end of the phone number. When questioned why they would not just do that automatically, I was told it was my fault for listing the "1". I think it should be a given that if it does not fit, drop the 1 and finish the phone number. Instead, they are charging me an extra $14.95 to replace the reflective name strip. I think this is incredibly poor customer service.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Sizing totally off so I need a replacement that took quite some time to get. Replacement jacket zipper broke after 2 weeks of use on a 10 lb dog! I sent a photo as requested and I was assured a replacement would be sent. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing, no response to email, no replacement, nothing. Don't waste your time or money

STAY AWAY!!!! Measured my 9 1/2 lb maltipoo according to their size chart for the winter jacket. Said M would be perfect & so that’s what I ordered. Neck & chest fit somewhat but the length of the back & under belly was incredibly long! So much so that he would wet the jacket every time he went to pee! I called & the robot said I had to go to the web. The web sent me to another site that sent me to another site which finally gave me their “refund policy”. That said, If I opened the package or tried it on my dog there was no refund. Otherwise they would give me 40% off my next purchase from them! I spent $43.00 for nothing. I’m outraged! Called my credit card & I’m disputing the charge. Doggie Kingdom is in China & the dispute is my only option.

My order went through ok, but the jacket was too small. Have been trying to arrange an exchange for 3 weeks now - even paid extra for the postage (invoice sent without any reply to my emails) but no acknowledgement or confirmation received and no goods received. I left a 3 star review on their website (hoped by not putting a lower rating it would be published) but strangely hasn’t appeared on their website - all reviews are 5 star except 4x 4 stars so incredibly misleading.

Awful to do business with this company. My dog coat shows to have been in process of shipping for three weeks now. They don’t respond addressing the problem when you write them. They just say it’s on its way.
I would suggest that no one ever buy from this company. I know I WILL NOT.
