The single worst doggy company I have dealt with. I recieved the back pack with no receipt. It isn’t the one I had wanted. This is for the back I need a front carrier. I just opened the package and put everything right back in original packaging. Nowi find out that there is only a credi driven back. Please who ever reads this don’t buy from here. Ther are so many other VERY REPUTABLE ANIMAL COMOPANIES who really care about their customers. They DONT! OH YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE OMM THE PHONE EITHER!

The worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The dog beds are misshapen, cheaply made and look like they’re straight from China, don’t even look like the photo, undersized and these lunatics can’t do math they say that 29” fully flattened is correct for a 31” dog bed. They are unusable and they refuse to give a refund unless I post them back to Austria which is a joke. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. For Chinese goods charged at full US market value. Warning warning warning. Can provide proof photos if required.

The shipping information is very vague, and I have been trying to get the information about where exactly my order is coming from for a week now. The tracking with USPS never updates, and now they tell me it is leaving the country where it comes from today. No one has any idea when it will arrive. I am leaving the area and want to receive my $100+ order but there are no real people to ask or information to receive.

Beware. I ordered a coat for my dog. It did not fit. I have not received a replacement nor have I received my money back. I get no response from DoggyKingdom. Beware.

I submitted a poor review last year when the harness I ordered was far too big, and I wasn't able to return it. They offered a discount on a smaller size - but that made no sense as their sizing chart said it would be for a dog much, much smaller than mine.

Turns out that they had accidentally shipped me a Large instead of a Medium - and I didn't think to check if there was a size tag in it. So that was all on me. I've now reordered - and hope it arrives more quickly than last time. It really is a great harness

Like so many other reviews here, I too was a victim of the inaccurate sizing chart and non-refundable scam. And scam it certainly is, when they won’t refund your money for a “personalized” name tag that you have no choice but to order. You pay all return shipping charges (in my case $14 UPS), and all they offer is a 40% discount on their merchandise.

I ordered the no-pull harness (S) according to their sizing chart. It took a month to receive and it was WAY too large. There is no person-to-person live convo to customer service. I returned it explaining the problem, and requested a new one in a size XS. Got an email from them saying I could not exchange it because it was personalized with name. Mind you, the name tag is literally a Velcro tag that could have gone from the S to the XS. So by now I’d spent $40 on the harness and $14 on return shipping. Very unhappy about this, but my dog (Bichon/poodle mix) is hard to fit and I could tell if she had the XS, it would be perfect. SO…I ordered another one! During the time I ordered the second one, the 40% off coupon came in my email. Too late, I already paid for a new one. After waiting ANOTHER month, it finally came. Fits perfect, but the color I ordered was not the same…not even close.

I will never do business with this company again. They are so unprofessional, incompetent, and a total ripoff. My final cost for this harness:

Excellent service, I got my little one a tag. They do quality work. Always love to deal with individuals who care about the people and their kids.

I have ordered and received 3 different harnesses over the years for three different sized dogs and have been very happy with them. All of them fit perfectly and they are very well made. After reading some of the reviews I have a few suggestions that worked for me...measure your dog where the website shows you and call if you have any questions which size (WEIGHT OR BREED ARE SUGGESTIONS.) I have 2 Aussies who weigh the same but are very different in size. Also, do not expect to see the harness in a week, it takes approximately a month or so. If you are in a hurry you will be disappointed.

I recently got a new dog and ordered a harness with name tag. I followed their sizing guide and my dog met two of the three measurements. I ordered the small. After waiting about a month, I received it and it is too large. I contacted customer service and was told that I should have ordered the size smaller since his chest measurement was in the XS range while the breed and weight met the sizing guidelines for S. They told me they do not take returns for "customized" items. The only thing customized about the harness is the removable ID tag. So now I have a harness that is too large with a customized name tag. I continually stressed that giving the incorrect specs for this particular breed is not correct, they should allow a return and exchange. Told me that I should have read not only the size guidelines but also the reviews. They did however offer me a 40% discount on purchasing a new one, size XS. I also asked could I just order the harness without the ID - answer NO. I like the harness very much and the velcro name and phone number ID tag. However, I feel they should revise the sizing chart and allow returns and exchanges. You would not have this issue with Amazon.

Good products and great customer support (uncomplicated and prompt).
Delivery times are ok.
Quality of the ordered products is also very good.

This company totally takes advantage of the customer. They charge $8.00 for return after you have to jump through many hoops and whatever. This item is sold under many names. Amazon also, cheaper, and other companies too. It's the same product. I belong to a couple of dog play groups, and we share information. My experience stretch's over months. Purchase 10/29-22- $42.34. 11/19 Return shipment was $ 8.99 Return payment,12/13-22- $ 34.97, plus I was out $ 8.99 for shipping. I have all my bank statements. I am a 77 year old women, but no-one should have to put up with this kind of treatment, young or old. It's called svindler in danish.

I ordered the winter boots and jacket for my little dog Nika. The boots are really great and the paws are safe from all the salt on the street. They are waterproof and they fits great.
