**Buyer Beware — Absolute Scam**

This site is an absolute scam. I ordered a sweatshirt for my son for the holidays and paid nearly $60 for it. When it arrived, I set it aside in my closet without opening it. When I finally checked it, I discovered they had sent a completely different sweatshirt, one that was actually a free giveaway item from iHeart Radio Station. It was *not at all* the sweatshirt pictured or advertised on their website.

I contacted customer service immediately, and instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I was past their 30-day return window. Ironically, their website advertises a *60-day guarantee*. They refused to honor it or offer any resolution.

This is terrible customer service and feels incredibly dishonest. I paid full price and received a free promo item that was never what I ordered. Save your money — this company cannot be trusted!
