Negli anni ho acquistato numerosi articoli Dogo:
1) 2019 - su Privalia ho acquistato Stivaletto Dance Me To The End Of Love e Décolleté Planet'S Dance: sono risultate scarpe bellissime ( non passano inosservate), comode e ben fatte. Inoltre, resistenti: gli stivaletti si sono rovinati solo perchè sono caduta sull'asfalto e si è abrasa la stampa del disegno; le decolleté le ho usate fino a che sono andate in pezzi, dopo 6 anni. Peccato che non facciano più questo modello di scarpa elegante con tacco a spillo.
2) A Bologna, due anni fa, chiudeva il negozio Dogo in centro città. Ho comperato al 50% due bellissime paia di scarpe con lacci. Sono passati due anni, le uso molto spesso, sono in perfetto stato, calzano perfette e sono comode.
3) Su Privalia ho comperato uno zaino in ottobre 2023. Ancora oggi è in uso, si è solo scucita la taschetta interna perchè la sovraccarico, ma la ho potuta sistemare io.
4) a maggio 2024 su Privalia ho comperato dei sabot
estivi multicolori: due estati e ancora in ottimo stato.
5) quest'anno per Natale mi hanno regalato un portafoglio comperato sul sito ufficiale di Dogo. Mi hanno riferito che la spedizione è stata un pochino lenta, ma sono arrivati in tempo.
Insomma, sono articoli che si fanno davvero notare, hanno personalità e sono realizzati bene.
Inoltre sono cruelty free, fatti senza nuocere ad alcun animale e questo è, secondo me, una cosa molto bella.
Peraltro sul sito fanno spesso delle promozioni molto convenienti, quindi di certo comprerò altri prodotti, che mi fanno sognare con i loro disegni e colori

Chaussures très belles mais qualité déplorable, dès la première utilisation les chaussures se craquelent et deviennent inutilisables.

J avais flashé sur l esthétique d une paire d escarpin magnifique . Malheureusement, très grosse déception concernant la qualité du produit .
Je n'avais même pas fini d'enfiler la chaussure que tout le graphisme s ecaillais déjà .
Je n'ai personnellement jamais vu un produit d'aussi mauvaise qualité, quel dommage! Quand l'esthétique est si incroyable !

I ordered a pair of Magic In The Air dogo tennis shoes in size 8.5. The price point was $26.00 and some change. I received a pair in size 5.5. Of course, I had to return them! When I tried to re-order them in the correct size of 8.5, the price automatically jumped up to $99.00 and some change!! I found that dogo pulls this “ trick” on many of their tennis shoes. The exact same pair of shoes is a totally higher price when you try to order them in any size above 5.5 or 6. Ridiculous and unethical!

I bought 2 pair of Dogo shoes a few years ago and the outer paint has come off. I ve wore them about 5 times only and I ve been super careful with them. Its so sad cause they are beautiful and expensive

Acquistato un paio su veepee oltre la colorazione molto diversa dal vivo molto piu spenta è arrivata mancante di lacci neri come sulla foto deludente.

I have been wearing dogo tshirts and shoes for years now. They have been amazing with the problems I had such as when I ordered the wrong size and etc. Good designs for a good price

Scarpe acquistate un anno fa aperte completamente,il calzolaio consiglia da cestinare.

I have been buying and using various models for the past 5 years, but when I recently bought a pair of shoes, the size was too small, so I wanted to exchange them. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that I pay for the return shipping. In other words, I would be paying fees both when purchasing and returning the product. This approach completely lacks focus on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the shoes they produce don't even match the brand's size standards. I'm completely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. With this kind of vision, it will be very hard for them to succeed in the U.S. I won't be contributing any more money to these plastic shoes and poor customer service.

Peccato perché esteticamente sono bellissime, ne avevo comprato due paia ma purtroppo dopo un paio di utilizzi si spaccano. Si distrugge la copertura esterna, non sono pelle ma sembra plastica farinosa. In pochissimo diventano inutilizzabili

Finalmente scarpe vegane comode e che non costano uno sproposito. Ho preso un paio di zoccoli su Amazon e li ho pagati anche meno che sul sito, sono morbidi ma sostengono il piede, adatti anche a chi, come me, ha il piede piatto. Per le misure attenersi alle tabelle indicate, io ho preso la mia solita e mi vanno perfettamente.
Finalmente ho trovato la marca di scarpe che cercavo da anni.

I believe this is a scam company. It's says it's based in Brisbane but the phone number supplied does not even ring. Just cuts out. They don't reply to emails either. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 16th July 2024 and then sent an email the next day to cancel the order. Ofcourse I got an automatic reply that my order is already on its way. Will see what the product is like if I receive it. I already know they may not last one wear after reading reviews here, should have come here first and saved myself Aud118. I will put forward a complaint to Fair Trading Qld and hope others do the same.

the store has a bunch of amazing items. It is very hard to chose one. The shoe is super comfy. I highly recommend

I was so excited about my purchase of 2 pairs of beautiful and lightweight dogo shoes. However, after one wear, the pattern on the outside of the lace ups and the liner of the sandals is peeling off, making the lace ups in particular, unwearable. What a waste.

Poor communication. If they're going to have an email contact, ANSWER it. I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes. Won't buy from them again..NOBODY SAW MY EMAIL. What's the point of a business having CONTACT EMAIL if they don't SEE IT. I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES, I'M NOT AI. I WAS a customer NO MORE

Dopo un mese dall'acquisto ( era un regalo ) non solo non ho ricevuto nulla, ma il tracking e' inesistente e nessuno che mi da una spiegazione. Veramente penoso. Non acquistate da questo sito

Poor quality boots, outer covering cracked and split on first day of wear. Customer services were unhelpful. Costs to send boots back were uneconomical with some companies charging more than the cost of the boots. Therefore left with a £60.00 pair of faulty boots. Be aware and don't buy from this company.

This is a store that sells plastic shoes with painted colors IE Van Gogh. They are very cheaply made and mine came with an old box and laces knotted. The boot itself is very cheap looking. The duties are awful and the customer service none! They just want to push product? Buyer Beware as you cannot return these cheap fake boots!! This is an updated part of review. Oct.-12-2022. This store sent me a Fed Ex tracking number. Supposedly they are sending me something. Didn't explain. Now it is sitting at Fed Ex Depot because once again their incompetence shows that they have either not paid for shipping or just sent a label to make it look like they care about the customer. A joke and a very bad one? Again buyer beware as this store does not care about their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: It is now March and they are finally responding to my review. Told to send more pictures and to provide them with their own receipt huh? It is a continuing saga this store. They promise new boots and then as above will not even do fact finding. Took these boots to store here that sells them and were really not very happy. Could not believe these boots are sent like this? These boots according to store are PVC with pictures painted and sometimes it doesn't work. Nevertheless they agreed that if a promise is made it should be kept. They are so money hungry that they will not send new boots as promised. We have Fed Ex papers which clearly show their greed when monies had to be paid. The boots are really cheap and just not worth the 200.00 plus or the experience. As above buyer beware this store sells a cheap product and will not do follow up if there is a problem with boot or sale!
