Είναι απάτη. Παρηγγειλα και δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Έστειλα 3 emails για να μου απαντήσουν και να μου πουν στην ουσία τίποτα. Δεν στέλνουν αριθμό αποστολής παρόλο που χρεώνουν μεταφορικά και η απόδειξη πληρωμής που στείλανε δεν είχε κανένα στοιχείο της εταιρείας. Έχουν έδρα το Γιβραλταρ και απλά σου κλέβουν τα χρήματα

The are fake !! Watch out your money. I have proofs from my order at December, and until now they tell me excuses about the shipping.

AFTER 25DAYS FROM THE ORDER, OUR PRODUCT SOMEWHERE TRAVEL. NO AGAIN...

Misleading and poorly communicated service. Shipments come from an unknown location, clearly outside the EU, causing long delays, yet this is not clearly stated anywhere. My order was shipped on January 12th, and as of January 23rd it has still not arrived. No tracking number or shipment reference was ever provided, despite charging for shipping. Customer support is polite but extremely slow and ineffective, no solution is offered. Overall, very poor transparency and unreliable delivery. Strongly recommend ordering from a company that is actually based in Greece and communicates honestly.

Very good quality of the tag, which arrived in an excellent package. It took a while to arrive but the response of the staff to my emails was prompt. They gained my trust and I will certainly use their services again.
