As an auditory learner, I got great service today. Shaun was SUPER patient with me. He walked me through setting up several aspects of my new Pathfinder Mini Compass collar. He then sent me an email and encouraged me to reach out again with any questions. I feel ready to put my collar into use.

When using the GPS e-fence Dogtra collars my two black labs do not leave the e-fenced area. Before these collars, if someone wasn't with them, they had to be in their kennels. I love to walk our 40 acre farm site with my dogs and now I can also let them roam alone on our farm, monitoring them from the house.

I am 65 years old this year and not so good with technology. The Dogtra support staff is fantastic, available, timely, respectful, pleasant and very effective. If you found otherwise, you likely were communicating with a "copycat company", which I have also experienced. The Dogtra support team knows their product, helps you use it and is great to work with.

Great company. This is my second system that I have purchased from Dogtra, beginning in 2016. They are easy to communicate with and quickly respond to your needs.

This is the second time I have bought a dogtra collar. The first time I bought a pair, and it worked great for about a year, until.the charger wouldn't charge the collar nor the remote. I thought it was something wrong with the charger and I order an extra charger twice! And it wouldn't work.
This time, because I love the product I decided to buy another one. Third time that charge, charger wouldn't charge again neither the collar nor the remote.
Not sure if this is a common problem or why its happening to me. I make special trips and orders from Canada but I live in Mexico and it is frustrating to me that I cant just ship the stuff back because it would cost me so much.

Shaun was most helpful and efficient in helping me find a replacement for the 280c unit which had served us well for a number of years but with a lot of daily usage and accidental drops started to have issues. Shaun provided great customer service.

I've been a Dogtra fan for many years. Not only for my own dogs, but the dogs at our training facility sell ONLY this brand e-collar for training high drive and working breeds. I've talked so many others into ditching the cheaper, crap brands of e-collars just for the simple fact that you get so much more from Dogtra. I've luckily only had to reach out to them a couple times. Once was due to the prong extension design and the lack of pliability, causing the extension itself to snap while in use. This matter was resolved in just one simple e-mail to customer service. Then, last week I was having what I thought was a battery issue with a remote. I contacted Shaun and with his prompt response, a few photos and some diagnosing, we were able to resolve the issue and got us back up and running in no time.

Spent 2 hours trying to follow tutorials on getting the stimulation button to work. Gave up and called Customer Service, preparing for a long haul.Got a human (Shaun) immediately, who proceeded to fix me in 2.0 seconds. That's right, me, not the collar. Nothing wrong with the collar. One need be smarter than the dog.

Called with a receiver issue. Shaun was great talking me through the different features and helped me figure out better settings for my pup. Looking forward to trying this out again and am confident knowing assistance is a quick phone call away. Great customer service!
