Troy installed our electric fence and it has worked equally well for the three different dogs we have had over the past 10+ years.
Recently, we asked Troy to come back to train us to use the BigLeash, a remote training collar for our newest dog. We are struggling to get the dog to listen. We need to put in the work but are confident the product will be helpful.

Dog watch’s services were outstanding, and they put the invisible fence up where we needed it and it keeps my dog inside beautifully. They also have this awesome feature, we call it “the bubble” and it keeps the dog away with a 3’ radius. So we put it by the kitty litter and it solved that problem right away. Troy also worked with us to train the dog with the new fence and he’s been such a good dog! We’ve had the system installed for 6 months and it’s doing its job.

Couldn't be more pleased with Troy's work; he is extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, timely, and along with his team, very professional, friendly, efficient. A few weeks after install and a short training session, he followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. We finally feel safe having our pup roam around our property. Highly recommend!

I have 2 little rescue dogs whose goal seemed to be to escape under the fence. They have not escaped since the Dogwatch fence was installed. It gives me peace of mind! Troy was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend his company!

There were so many things that Troy from the Bay Area Dogwatch dog fence did that made a huge difference and we wouldn’t have know about. He was absolutely worth the price.

Troy has been ready to assist us with any problems that we have encountered over the 15 years that we have used the fence. System is inexpensive and has worked perfectly for the two labs that we have owned during that period. We live on a tree covered sloping one acre lot and the hidden fence is perfect for dog proofing the yard and not impacting the view.

The service provider for our area, Troy, is very responsive, matter-of-fact and thorough.

Wonderful small company where the owners are the main contacts, the installers and the trainers( of pets and people). They are incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation of a canine fence and are able to determine the needs of their clients based on the type of dog and lifestyle of the family. There are so many factors to consider before installation, but once it is done correctly, you are all set with your dog containment for many years to come. They are always on hand to answer questions or deal with any issues such as replacement of batteries. We are still very happy customers over 2 years later with our blue tick beagle in our contained one acre garden.
