Excellent service. We have had our dog fence for 5 years and think it is the best purchase we have made - other than our Cocker Spaniel, Billy, of course!

Safe way of training your pet, whilst keeping them safe.

Having had dog fence for several years and it being a life changer for us and our dogs a friend of mine accidentally put a spade through the cable.
Thankfully when we had the fence put in we were left a repair kit.
Having repaired the break I then went on line to order some gel joiners.
The site was easy to navigate and having placed order the items arrived in two days.

Very well done and effective, though there was a long delay in getting the precise collar we asked for and many calls had to be made before we got it. Polite and helpful person who set up the fence here, but some difficulty in getting attention when we were worried about certain issues.

Having gained a Beagle to add to a Jack Russel and an elderly Rottweiler we were alarmed that despite our nearest neighbour being almost a mile away the Beagle taking the Jack Russel with him appeared to want to meet everyone within two mile radius..Dog fence fitted a wire around our rather large garden and within two weeks the wandering had stopped. Dogs can be left outside to roam the property with no fear of them going walkabout. So effective in training both dogs that the collars are now only worn a day or two a month with perfect security. Brilliant product with excellent back up.

I have had a dog fence for about 15 years. The original one failed but it wasn’t a problem until our new puppy decided he liked next door’s garden, but couldn’t get back again! Having searched online, I decided to buy one from Dog Fence Ltd. It isn’t the cheapest system you can get, but installation was straightforward and it works really well, with no more incidents now! I had 2 or 3 questions about the detail of installation after I had received it. Nothing was too much trouble. The answers and reaction were very quick and helpful.
I would not hesitate to buy this system again, should I ever need one which, to be fair is unlikely given the guarantee you get!

Great organisation and great product! We have two cats, neither have any issue with the collars, and both are alive because of them! Always really quick with delivery and they always deal with any problems you have straight away. Highly recommend!

This fence was our last resort. Our cat was the neighborhood thug - maiming and injuring every other cat in the area. After our neighbor told us that next time our cat was in his garden he would return him to us "dead in a sack" we found DogFence. The service was excellent, the installation was relatively easy to follow and, best of all, we can now let our cat out into the yard without having to worry. We can also keep our windows and doors open. Our cat actually purrs when we put his collar on because he knows he will get to go outside. I highly recommend this product and company.

This fence is brilliant. Having moved house to a rural property to stop our escape artist Millie from disappearing in parks to our horror after 2 weeks of running round 5 acres of stockfenced land she found she could escape onto farmers fields. 2 years later 2 dog trainers later and still having to be extendable lead walked we came across dog fence. Very sceptical especially given the size of the boundary but wow 3 months down the line it is marvellous. Millie is free to run with her brother and it is such a joy to watch. She scans the fields for the flags (we have left them in )and then just stays away. The biggest test came when the deer ran along the boundary fence . Millie went charging off got to the flags and stopped. Before dog fence she would have been off across the fields chasing it. Cannot recommend this fence enough. Thank you for making a dog very very happy and bringing the joy back to walking the dogs.

Timely service and great customer service

Do not get if you live ‘far away’ from these guys, they will use any excuse if they bodge the job up. Great product but terrible aftercare. And it’s not just a ‘bad day’. They were perfectly happy to come and install, insisting that I was closer than many of their clients, but then made nothing but excuses when asked to make a few important corrections after laying the lines in really irrational boundaries, I stupidly signed the paperwork to be ‘nice’ because the installer was rushing for a ferry. No walk around, no proper pet training, he just assured me that all was in the right place and I felt confident enough to trust him. After a little time, when I got used to the fence, I realised how badly it was positioned and complained verbally. People who do this every day should know the positioning better than someone who has only lived at the property for a short time. As time passed, it progressively got noticeably worse, my dogs can’t even use our two long wooded driveways and, although I’ve made it abundantly clear since installation, they have gone as far as to practically accuse me of lying, saying that because it’s not in writing it can’t be true and have done nothing but wriggle out of correcting it, insisting that I must have been happy because I didn’t complain in writing and because I signed the paperwork. I have been complaining for two years! During that whole time, they are always insisting that there is at least a three month wait, I have no priority over awaiting new customers even though they did a bodge job and that I can pay for the correction, including travel. I don’t know about you, but if I do a bad job, I would expect the correction to be done at my own expense. I have a cable going halfway through my courtyard instead of at the opening at the boundary! My dog constantly got zapped for over a year because of this ridiculous positioning! Two years have passed and any wire breaks and huge amounts of relaying (I bought a large new batch of cables) I’ve had to do myself or else there would be a three month wait. I have recommended this company so many times to other people as everyone asks me and now I feel like a fool since I can finally see the full picture after enduring a phone call where a man has done nothing but constantly shout loudly over me to where it got so upsetting that I had to put the phone down. And I’m pretty strong when it comes to abuse. They clearly know that I run an estate by myself and have taken advantage of me running out of steam/getting too busy every communication (which I do) and, after two years, I finally give up. Bravo, Dogfence! Customer service is atrocious even though the ladies who arrange things have been delightful. Before seeing what was going on, I have supported this company fully and yet haven’t had an ounce of support in return, being called a liar and getting actually shouted at for ten minutes! But they were very supportive and nice when taking my several thousands of pounds... I am utterly deflated and let down, it has been a truly long, over-extended painful process. And then they kept on sending me emails to review their company....well, here you go guys, I finally got some time on my hands today...
