I’m so much happier after having my dog fence fitted knowing that my dogs are safe and cannot escape onto the busy road

Fence was installed with the minimum of disruption and my dog was trained and full instructions given, with the result that she has desisted in escaping from our garden. One safe dog and two very happy owners.

Fantastic service from Shenton, the office staff, and the guy who came to install the fence. All completed very quickly with minimal disruption. The fence itself has been a godsend, my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner!

Customer service is excellent, you get lots of detailed information relevant to your very specific needs. I was assigned an Account manger who I always dealt with so it was easy to pick up the conversation each time I phoned.
Home set up was easy. Only complaint is we found out on the day there was an additional (optional) charge of £45 for a weather proof cover to go over the wires (where they go into the house). Didn't think this was fair when you believe you've paid everything already it felt like a sneaky add on for something that seems to be a necessity.

Great (fast & trouble-free) installation around our garden and paddock, initial training that really works, and dog follow-up behaviour exactly as predicted. We are very happy, thanks Barant (the visiting specialist).

The work was carried out extremely efficiently and quickly. The operative installing was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The whole installation covered about 2 acres and you wouldn’t know now where it was installed. The training of our English Springer took about 20 minutes and she learnt her boundaries Without a problem. The additional placing of little flags enabled her to recognise immediately the no go areas. She learnt within a week and when we crossed the areas to tend the garden she would stay back and bark at us until we returned to safety. An excellent price of kit and I have no hesitation in recommending the product.

The dog fence has given us real peace of mind and we can now leave our dog outside and even go out without worrying that he will escape. I really didn’t think it would work as he was so single minded when chasing cars that nothing would hold him back. He loves being outside and now he can stay out and have the run of the garden all day if he likes.

Really takes the worry of my dogs running into the road outside my house. Plus the reassurance that they can happily play in the garden without having to watch them all the time.

Fitted very quickly and training given. One of my dogs was really scared at first and would not leave the house but this soon passed and has worked well enough to make me think of selling the whole thing on EBay as the dogs just don’t try to escape anymore.

The goods arrived in double-quick time and were as ordered.

I chose Cat Fence after losing my gorgeous Bengal cat on our very quiet road - and after a lot of research into alternatives (all of which were ugly, expensive and ineffective). It is a great choice! From the start the staff were helpful, considerate, and caring. They efficiently installed the tiny box with unobtrusive boundary cables - and before I knew it both of my cats completely understood to avoid the bleep! Now my beautiful boys (a Bengal and a Savannah) play happily in my garden. They are free to explore, sunbathe, play or simply sleep in complete safety. The difference the fence has made to our lives is enormous. Thank you so much Cat Fence - the boys are living safe and satisfying lives thanks to you and this clever system.
