We had an issue with our dogs getting into an area we did not want and Matt came out immediately. He came up with a solution, did the work and now we are set thanks to Matt at Dog Watch Charleston.

Great service, great app that provides immediate feedback and I enjoy not having to replace batteries every 2-3 months.

Matt did a great job with our initial installation and stood by his product. When we needed help subsequently, he provided quick and thorough service.

We are very happy with our Dog Watch Invisible Fence. Matt is professional, experienced and friendly. He is great with our dogs. We have a new puppy and needed an additional collar for him. He also helped us with an area in the house we needed our new pup to stay away from. Our system inside and outside of the house is working great. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and the Dog Watch products to our friends and neighbors.

Solved our issue of keeping our dog from running out the front door and staying of the new sofa!

Our experience with DogWatch and Matt was simply outstanding! We were facing a number of difficult challenges with our new rescue dog and randomly turned to Matt for solutions. He presented us with all that we needed to resolve our problems and sincerely cared about our dogs. The companies personal attention to follow-up - and in ensuring that everything was going properly was excellent. It's extremely rare to encounter excellent products and fantastic customer service at the same time.... we did with DogWatch.

Expensive but Matt was very polite, knowledgeable with the product and training us and the dog. quality equipment and system works great.

I am withholding a 5 star rating because my dog has not completed training yet and will not stay within the boundary. This is not a reflection on DogWatch of Greater Charleston or Matt. He has been very responsive, helpful and understanding. Once our dog is using the containment system to success, I will definitely give Matt and his business 5 stars. I love the functionality of the system, I just need it to work for my dog and me.

***UPDATE*** My dog finally adapted to the new system. It works GREAT!!! Thank you to Matt and DogWatch of Greater Charleston for their patience and diligence to see the entire process through until our dog began to adhere to her boundaries. I recommend them enthusiastically!
