Super service from David Tebbing! He assessed our needs promptly and provided sound advice for our fence monitoring. The installation process was seamless and his personal instructions for achieving success were most helpful. Our two dogs respect their boundaries and we are confident that we are protecting them with a dependable, safe fencing system. David also installed an amazing door for their shelter. His follow-up is commendable, and we appreciate that he works with shelters to ensure that new pet owners are aware of a security system for protecting their animal. David has always been very attentive to our needs with the dog fence. Once We needed to relocate a section and again the line was cut by a utility company. He was there to make the repairs in a timely matter.

David was great and didn’t mind me hanging around while he installed system. Everything works great and my dog learned very quick.

I almost never do reviews but I was so pleased with the service and product I wanted to share my experience with others. There was no pressure at the initial consultation which I greatly appreciate. I had a competitor out for a consultation before DogWatch and was very put off by the high pressure sales. With DogWatch I explained my needs and we put together a plan. No extras pushed on me no pressure to sign anything that day as with the competition. Installation was done on time and professionally. He was wonderful to my kids and dog and respectful of our time and property. He worked through the training process with me and encouraged me to call anytime with questions. Later, when we decided to add a few things to our system I received the same wonderful service. We have had DogWatch for 2 years and the product is amazing. We have not had to change collar batteries yet and have had zero problems with our system. I highly recommend DogWatch.
