Ordered medicine online as it wasn't available in my country, asked them to prioritise it as I only had enough till today, arrived today just in time. Brilliant service, thankyou.

I am from Germany, and when i a order place, my medecin is devilered fast, most in the 3rd Day. From Doctor to Pharmacy, nice service. I hope they can hold there Quality. Greetings and thanks

Waiting for my order. Payed for it 26th december. Got an update later on that tracking number should be provided soon. Nothing happened so I sent at least three different emails asking for information. By today I habe not got any reply at all.

Unfortunately, it looks like I have been scammed. I usually order from Dokteronline but they don’t carry the drug I need. I was happy to find it here with delivery to the EU, although there are two different lists of EU countries they deliver to on their website, and my country is only mentioned in one list.

I placed my order three days ago and delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. However, it is still being processed and has been for three days. It says on their website than a doctor usually approves the order within 3 to 24 hours. So neither the service nor delivery is fast.

I am really worried I have been scammed. I see from other reviews that this supplier is not 100% reliable.

I can also see that the address in the bortom of this page is different than the one on their website, and the phone number is fake (a Dutch phone number would start with +31). A very bad sign is that they have not replied to any negative comments.

If they don’t deliver and don’t reply to my emails within the next 48 hours, I will have to check with my credit card issuer if the transaction can be blocked.

Scammed. Ordered online, its status was on hold. Then told they wont deliver to the UK even though not mentioned on their website and even accepted the UK address when paying (their website even says services available in the UK). They only responded to 1 (the first one) out of 4 email requests regarding a refund. So paid money, they no longer reply, I didn’t get my order and no response regarding my refund. Never order from these!

They do a really great job. At first I thought it was scam and was scared to enter my credit card data haha 🙈 when they sent me the tracking number of the parcel 1 day later I still was doubtful and thought that they maybe sent some invented DHL number. But the next day the parcel was delivered. The meds come directly from a local pharmacy because they do this completely legal with a doctors prescription. Everything about this shop is completely legit. The prices are ok and they are really fast. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I have been buying from DokterNow over a few years now. They always deliver VERY fast, normally with DHL. Only a few days.
I had a couple of problems with delivery - NOT caused by DokterNow, but with the delivery company. Support solved them quickly and with only one email.

I can only recommend them.

I was very skeptical when I ordered from DokterNow as I had just been scammed by a pharmacy from the USA. The other pharmacy I found in United Kingdom does now deliver orders abroad.
So, I was surprised that DokterNow fullfilled the order very fast and I received my medicine parcel through DHL. Hats off Dokternow. I fully recommend and I will be back once my medicines runs out.

I ordered a medication with order number: Order #173717 at a sum of £178.29 (medication of £153.30 plus £24.99 shipping cost) but unfortunately, a sum of £214.41 was debited on my card by dokternow.com organization.

In view of this, I would like to request that the balance of £36.21 which was deducted in excess of the medication amount be refunded to the card through which the transaction occurred.

Screenshots of the order details as well as the amount deducted for the order is attached herewith for further evaluation.

I have contacted them twice since 31 March 2025 but no response till date and the money was not refunded.

i feel SCAMMED: Paid my order but not received it yet. I have ordered in December. Due to disfunction of creditcard i had to pay by transfer. DokterNow ask me to send proof, so i did. After a week i requested an update about my order. send several emails and also by the 'chat' function on the site. A reaction of 'we will check it' and 'did you not receive it yet' i received. Than the question 'please provide the order#'... all of this answered but not any reaction. It is a lot of money for me. And DokterNow is in a position: delecate people with confidential needs so they will not make an issue. Very dissapointed and frustrated

They are a real store and are not a scam.
The only problem is delay in shipping. I made a purchase on December 6th and they only sent it on the 10th and order arrived on the 17th, sometimes they take a while to respond to emails.
Other than that, everything went well, I recommend it.

Normally i am really happy with the services from DokterNow but this time it takes them a long time to ship my order. The chatfunction is really quick in answering but i don't see anyting move.

At first i was a bit scared it's a scam but i couldn't be happier now!!! It's 100% legit and i definitely recommend. Yea expensive but the order process was easy and trustful, very fast delivery (within 3 days) and great customer service. 10/10. Will use again. Tysm DokterNow, you're a real life saver!

Excellent Service. I ordered one day and my medication was delivered the very next day. DokterNow is much better than any other online pharmacy service I've used in the past. And the prices are very competitive. I highly recommend DokterNow.

Though I did not expect Dokter Now to deliver me the ordered Mounjaro - they did deliver, and the delivery took just 3 days. But they delivered just the injection pen - without the needles attached)))
So I'm a bit confused writing the review: Dokter Now are not complete scammers - it is obvious for me, but they do deliver incomplete goods.
Do not know how to call this type of business )

Expensive but you get what you order. I sometimes run out of GLP 1 medication and I get it here
