I had a sizing issue with my first order and chose to contact the Dolci Lusso team. They were so quick to respond and kindly helped me resolve the problem (for FREE!!!). I really appreciate this brand and love the quality of products

I ordered three shirts and they were in pristine condition when i received them and my order was received quickly

I only gave this company one star as it wouldn’t let me leave a review after . All I can say is donor buy anything from this company I ordered a pair of stretchy trousers and they were too big so I apparently was out of the given time to return them so I ordered another pair as the label on the first ones said L I ordered a medium they came through with L on them the company said in the size guide this is how they work they said they will send a replacement if I paid $14.99 I feel they have not met my requirements as a customer and they also advised it’s more expensive to return an item back to them so god knows how much it is if you don’t like the item your ordered . I will never order from this company again as their customer service is appalling

J’ai commandé sur ce site, des polos de marque POLO, que j’avais acheté quand même cher, et je me disais que c’était certainement de la bonne qualité.

Après réception de ma commande, les polos étaient fabriqués en Chine et sur l’étiquette chinoise, il avaient apposé les leurs, produits de surcroît, de très mauvaise qualité. On dirait des polos en nylon.

J’ai retrouvé les mêmes polo sur le site ALIEXPRESS

The shirt is good. I little thin for the price. I thought it would be a little heavier material. its like putting on a shirt. I guess that a positive or a negative depending on what you re looking for.

Be careful. This business is not worth buying the clothes. Very poor quality and refund policy is hassle. They’ll not accept returns by threatening you saying shipment costs a lot so we pay you 25% or 50% and keep the clothes.

Stay away from this online store clothes made in China and shipped from China.

After close to placing an order for 5 shirts, i pulled back and said no, simply based on reviews that stitching falls apart and customer service is poor… if you buy something and wear it in the uk, you can return it as your protected by consumer rights… for me lucky escape, i would not want to pay £44 for a shirt from £88, then get 5 for £135…. Thats £27 each, for that price i can get some decent polos… for £44 can get alot more.. sorry, but im out…

Ordered 4 pairs of pants and 3 polos, they all came in pretty fast and I’m happy with how it all looks. Surprised to see these reviews after buying, but I had a great experience personally

Ordered 4 colors of the Veneto, extremely impressed with the quality, customer service was also great! Genuinely not sure why there’s so much negativity here, I’ll definitely be coming ordering again.

The quality of the clothing here is second to none. Every item I have purchased has exceeded my expectations. The customer service is also incredible; they are always willing to help with any questions.

Acquistato pantaloni e polo da uomo. I capi sono di scarsissima qualità e le taglie sono confezionate a caso. Scordatevi le immagini pubblicizzate sul sito, e lasciate perdere, soldi buttati !
Ora vedo se riesco a chiedere il rimborso.

Gibts kein geldzurück die Hosen sind nichtmal gebügelt geliefert und sehr sehr schlechte Qualität
Temu oder wisch sind sogar besser

Kann diesen ganzen negativen Nachrichten nicht verstehen.
Hier gibt es keine versteckten Klauseln.
Alles zu Rücksendungen und Umtausch steht bei denen auf der Seite.
Klar ist das nicht ideal, das man auf seine Kosten die Sachen zurückschicken muss.
Aber man sollte sich einfach Zeit lassen und die Artikel genauestens lesen um seine Größe feststellen zu können.
Ich hatte auch einen beschädigten Artikel erhalten, den ich reklamiert habe. Der Support antwortet innerhalb 24 Stunden
und hat mir direkt einen Ersatzartikel zukommen lassen.
Ja, die Qualität ist nicht die beste. Aber dennoch gut.
Ich würde wieder bestellen.
