This company has ethically fraudulent practices with poor transparency and terrible customer service. Service/content itself is of no value as it is not better than what you can find for free online. DO NOT ever input your credit card information for a free plan as they will upgrade you to a paid plan with no notice, and refuse to refund charges.

They bait you with a “free trial,” then make it nearly impossible to cancel in time. Next thing you know, you’re hit with a $100 charge- and good luck getting a refund, because their customer service is useless.

On top of that, the “deals” are nothing special. You can find better flights yourself without paying for this.

Shady practices, zero accountability, and a complete waste of money. Don’t fall for it.

Having difficulty receiving their emails even with a Premium + membership. I contacted Dollar Flight Club and was told to give the another email address and I reluctantly complied. I am still receiving an occasional email but nowhere near the number of "deals" posted on their website. Now I'm being told they only send 1 "deal" per day and I would need to check the website extremely often in order to see any deal that i may be interested in. I should add that i receive several emails per day from Going (formerly Scott's).

It’s a fraud. Renewal without warning. After noticing it a day after, they won’t offer anything to fix it as reimbursement. They don’t warn ahead, no email, nothing.

What a terrible company, hiding automatic renewal clauses and then you can't exit the renewal and they keep your money. What a scam, don't sign up to this!

Never received trial membership information and no notifications about the account or renewal. Just marketing and flight deals. I had no idea that I had a membership and don't recall signing up for a trial

I signed up for a trial for the premium plus level through an offer in TLDR newsletter. I remembered it as a year but it looks like it was 6 months free trial? There was no notice of auto renewal. When customer service was contacted, they refused to refund charges. Only extension. There is no way for the customer to remove the credit card on file themselves. This gives me the feeling that they are making money by customers who don't cancel in advance. You also cannot delete your account yourself and must contact customer service. The content isn't worth $99/year

I cancelled it BEFORE the trial was over. They still billed me and now I'm fighting to get my $180 back. It wasn't helpful, why would I want to keep it?! BEWARE!!! EDITED to address their anwer: Yes. It WAS cancelled! I reached out on Mon March 30th. 2 full days before the trial was over.

My stalker illegally used an old business email that's been inactive since 2019, to sign me up for an account.
DollarFlightClub will NOT Delete this fraudulent account. Their support email doesn't exist as all emails I've sent have bounced back, and their support chat is completely inactive. NEVER Use This App/Site.

Total scam - avoid.

They lure you into subscribing with discounts, then prevent you from unsubscribing and lock you into expensive subscriptions.

I tried to unsubscribe, but was locked out of my account, the reset email didn't work, and there was no way to contact customer service. Then my subscription renewed and they refused to refund me, even though I had never logged in to the platform.

I signed up for the FREE Basic Plan only, to see what they offer. Then a few months later I see a charge on my credit card for $99 for their Premium Plus plan. First off, I did not give them my credit card info and second I never upgraded from the FREE Basic plan. When I emailed them to inform them I never authorized any such transaction I was informed in an email response they do not offer refunds and my plan is scheduled not to renew next year. I have never used their service so why would sign up for a Premium Plus Plan for something Ive never used? I will be contacting all respective authorities to shut down these fraudulent practices.

Total scam and should be illegal. Charge your card without warning and no good deals.

They didn't have any good deals Then they somehow signed me up for a year's subscription And when I realized it and tried to cancel it Website messed up And by the time I got a hold of someone cancel it my payment had already gone through and they will not refund my money $100 for something I never used

Dollar Flight Club could be great for you if you wish to follow flight trends or are seriously looking for good deals.
I myself am a non flyer so my experience was purely as an observer.
Interaction with the company was good. After a few hiccups we were able to diagnose my issues re subscription and resolved eventually.
Ensure you know that you could be signing that may require an ongoing payment.
The representatives were very quick in responding to emails.

They took money prior to the trial completing, and automatically turned the account into pro mode. Refused to return funds

Beware !!

Horrible company. Paid for a lifetime concierge service. Never used it, then went to use it, and they said they no longer offer the service. I asked for a refund because I never used it, and it was supposed to be a lifetime service, but they refused. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company.

Plain and simple, if a company provided a product of any value, they would not need to deceive customers in to a impossible to cancel reoccurring billing subscription.

Think about it - how many legitimate businesses do you know of that will not provide a refund for unused services or pro rated refund? Few.

Finally aside from atrocious billing practices - you won't find any deals that you can't find posted elsewhere on free deal sites.

Awful company! I have complained and disputed this annual charge for a couple of years. They will not refund my fee. I’ve never used them ever in 3 years and have paid subscription and they will not refund the latest charge. I was certain that whe I complained last year they canceled my subscription but alas they charged me again and will not credit it. A total SCAM!

Absolute SCAM! I signed up to the $1 free trial and cancelled on the last day. I received an email to say it had been cancelled but the full annual payment was still taken for the premium membership ($140) after I received this email. When I contact the support they came back with nonsense responses and refused to provide me a refund. Avoid at all costs! Should be called ScamFlightClub!

Even as a paid member, I still get the 'free' alerts. My plans to get to Vienna were pretty expensive, but along came a free alert to Prague, saving almost $500 on each of the 4 tickets I needed. Now we get two cities, a nice train ride, and still saved money!
