Dozens of people including myself received an unsolicited email from them and we were all copied in openly, not in BCC, sharing our personal emails with everyone copied, most of which contain people's real names. I don't know where they got all these emails from, either bought or stole from some unscrupulous source. Morever, they are not certified vendors of the brands they claim to represent, their website is only 1 year old and they all use gmail addresses, so all the warning signs of a scam are there. But scam or not, if a company isn't capable as sending an email without respecting your privacy and doxing your personal information, I wouldn't trust them with my money or with sensitive items like the ones they sell.

I grab most of my gear here now. Prices are usually better than other agents for the same stuff. Bought a doll plus some wigs/outfits recently - clothes actually fit and stitching is good. Reliable.

Silicone quality is top tier, heavy and feels premium. My only gripe is the assembly guide... it's just a few vague pictures. Struggled a bit to get the head on properly. Needs better instructions for beginners.

Was expecting a massive wait based on old reviews, but they must have fixed their shipping? My doll came via DHL in under 2 weeks! Packed perfectly, zero damage. A+ experience compared to what I expected.

The craftsmanship is beautiful, seriously. I did have a snag where a wrist bolt was stuck, but support was on it immediately. Sent me a video and a spare part, got it fixed fast. great experience.

Discrete packaging which I appreciate. Unboxing was smooth, doll looks exactly like the pics. Solid body, wig and eyes are decent quality too. Will be back.

The TPE doll detail is insane and joints move perfectly. Love it BUT be prepared to wait... shipping took nearly 2 months with zero updates for weeks. Super stressful. Product is 5 stars, logistics needs work.

Ordering was easy enough, through shipping dragged on a bit, but wow, when the SD doll finally got here... The packaging was bulletproof. The face up is honestly way better than the website photos, skin feels super realistic. Worth the wait.
