Our trip to Inner Mongolia was very good. Thanks to Hansong and team for giving us the best driver to wander around in Hohhot,Xilamuren and Baotou. He also giving us a trip guide e-book in Beijing for free! We have the best experience in China so far. Especially in Inner Mongolia. He also very helpful and answering every question patiently. The guides are really great
The guides are really great. However the website needs work: a more Amazon like approach to collecting guides in a cart. It was very confusing because the add to cart links are not obvious. A list of guides with a short description and an add to cart button would work. Also, a more detailed description link where you could also add to cart. (I have designed websites!)

Patience, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable Travel Agent
Hansong is such a great guy with knowledge and patience, especially one that you can trust, exactly what you need from a travel agent who actually looks after the client rather than just focusing on income. I came across Dolphin Union by chance via social media (when I was doing my research for our 2nd trip to China). I was provided with valuable advice and travel guidance at no charge even before I decided to engage them to book tickets and transport for us. Unlike other agents, Hansong was always upfront about actual ticket price and his commission on top of it. I really appreciated this transparency. He was able to book Lijiang Jade Dragon Mountain glacier car tickets for us (which is extremely hard to get) as well as Tiger leaping Gorge tickets. Transport service was also top notch with a new and comfortable EV and very kind driver who did everything possible to make our trip a safe and efficient one. Hansong and the team were very patient even when I suggested some itineraries that are difficult to achieve. Dolphin Union guide books are amazing, with a lot of information about how to navigate the communication issue in China (which apps to install, and how, etc.), very detailed explanations provided). I wish I knew about them earlier during my first visit to China. Highly recommended.

We purchased Hansongs Harbin guidebook before we went. One of the most helpful guide for first time Harbin travelers. Every little detail has been thought through and explained thoroughly. As a couple who likes to travel at our own pace and not book through a tour agency, we found Hansong’s book super helpful. We felt like a local as we had learnt all the info beforehand and were able to easily visit each area with ease. We didn’t come across any issues we couldn't solve as they were all detailed in the guidebook. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking into other guides from Hansong in the future.

Hassle free and good service
Our group of 13 pax booked via Hansong for transport for our Harbin trip. The transport came on time and everything was hassle free. Hansong was very helpful and replies fast. He has good English so communication was not hard.

Most useful Beijing guide
I bought the Beijing guide, as I wanted to be prepared for my travels to Beijing. Wven though i had been there several times already, the guide is suprv useful and gives you ideas of places and things to do which you might have missed with a normal travel book. The guide is well structured, gives variozs options fif the days and is essy zo follow due to print screens. Highly recommend. And Mr Hansong was super helpful with all of my questions/requests. Thanks so much.

I recently used the books during my trip to China Dec 25. I arrived in Beijing and went down to Guangzhou stopping at xian chengdu . The ebook was a real treasure of information. Now I am buying or should I say invest in other ebooks as I intend to go back.

My travel Adventures in China.
I love reading travel books and guide books and these are some of the best. All the information I needed to plan my trip. I think I may have them all by now. They opened up places to me beautifully. Last year I enjoyed getting lost amongst the streets of the Moslem quarter in Xi'an I would never have found the beautiful caligraphy street without the aid of the Xi'an guide. I head off this May clutching my encyclopedic guide to
Chengdu, also from dolphinunion.com.

Travel with Dolphin Union without the stress :-)
I stumbled upon DolphinUnion and Mr Hansong from Facebook Travel in China just before my trip to Guongzhou with my family last Dec. I was desperate to find a reliable source of information and got such good advise & tips a day before my trip (phew!) and didn't hesitate book since we were travelling on our own to save cost. During an out of city trip, he provided detailed advise when we missed a connecting speed train. The co-ordination, timely pick up / drop off and accomodating our itinerary with detailed and always quick responses , made my family trip a memorable one. So grateful for the generous sharing and well put together "tips for travel booklet". Highly recommend DolphinUnion ! Keep up the great work, its people like you who take the stress out of travel.

English speaking Tour guide and a driver
I had an amazing experience with Dolphinunion as my tour guide in Harbin. They provided an English-speaking guide who was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free. We visited incredible attractions including Volga Manor, Polar Land, Snow and Ice City, and the Snow Expo, and the guide shared fascinating insights about each location.
