Thank you, Prathamesh. Two Instant accounts, one free reset used the right way and a question answered by the AI desk and then followed up by Petr: that is exactly how we want it to work. The instant accounts exist for traders who would rather put $12 to work than pay for an evaluation, and the reset is there so one bad day does not end the story. Petr will be glad to read this. Hi Himmat,

"Without my mistake" is not what the records show, so here is the full picture.

You chose a $5,000 MetaTrader Instant Funding account. On this account type hedging is prohibited. Before the account was issued you were shown the Trading Rules Agreement, no. DLV-RLA-2610-01594, which states it in plain words under its prohibited practices: "A buy and a sell on the same instrument, open at the same moment, is a breach." It even gives the example that an overlap of one hour is enough. On 16 October at 11:15 UTC you signed that agreement by typing your full name and confirming a verification code sent to your e-mail, and a copy was e-mailed to you the same minute. You read the hedging rule and you accepted it. That is a signed contract between you and Dolvero.

Four days later you broke exactly that rule. Our MT5 server keeps a journal of every request your terminal sends. This is what it contains for 20 October, in server time:

01:10:17 you opened a buy on XAUUSD.
01:12:52 you opened a sell on XAUUSD. No close request for the buy was sent before it. From this second you held a buy and a sell on the same instrument at the same time.
01:13:23 you closed the sell with a proper close request. So your terminal could close positions, and you knew how.
01:13:33 you opened another buy.
01:14:07 you set a stop loss on the first buy, the one you later said was stuck. A trader does not set a stop loss on a position he believes is closed.
01:14:28 you opened a third buy.
01:16:14 all three buys were closed by the stop loss you set.

The first buy stayed open for three minutes after you closed the sell, and you added two more buys next to it in the meantime. There is no rejected order, no failed close, no delay and no gap in prices anywhere in that window. The server executed every single request you sent.

Here is what Dolvero did for you. When your payment did not arrive, you opened a ticket, we traced it and credited your account the same day. When the hedge appeared, the account was stopped automatically and a full compliance review with every time and price was generated for you, so that you would never have to take our word for anything. When you appealed at 01:02 UTC, in the middle of the night, a member of our team answered you within five minutes with the exact times and one simple request: send us the lines from your MT5 Journal showing a rejected close, and we will look again. You never replied. You did not log in again. Six days later, you used the review invitation from the ticket where we had fixed your payment to write that we stopped your account for no reason and provide bad service.

The hedging rule exists because a buy and a sell held together hide the real risk on an account, and every funded account at Dolvero is judged on the risk it actually takes. The rule is written into the agreement, it is applied to every trader in exactly the same way, and it was applied to you. Making an exception for the one trader who leaves a one-star review would be unfair to every trader who follows the rules. A review that says "without my mistake" when the server shows the mistake step by step misleads every person who reads it and does not know the facts.

The record is public, you can go through it line by line and so can anyone reading this. If anything in it is wrong, your ticket is still open and we will correct it immediately.

Payouts: every payout we have made is listed publicly at app.dolvero.com/live-ledger with its ID, amount, method and processing time, so you can check the record yourself instead of taking anyone's word for it.

Rules: news trading, weekend holding and drawdown rules are published in full on our website before you buy, and the system applies them the same way to every account.

Support: the team answers through the support panel in your dashboard and on our Discord, where traders also share their own results and payouts.

Hi Sam, you are right about the wait, and I'm sorry. Your ticket was opened on 16 October and our first reply came more than two days later. Our support system had a technical failure over those days and your ticket was missed. That is on us, and it has been fixed.

On the trading issue itself: I checked your account personally. There were no rejected or blocked orders on our MT5 server, the pairs you mentioned were open for trading the whole time, and your own USDJPY trade went through that morning. The "invalid tick after extend" line is a message the MT5 terminal shows while it reloads chart history, not a rejected trade. Restarting MT5 clears it.

There are currently 15 people on our support team, and even so a ticket can occasionally slip through. If you don't hear back quickly, the best thing is to send a short reminder in the same ticket and it will be picked up right away.

I replied to you on the ticket on 19 October with the full details. We take your feedback to heart, and we promise to keep improving.

we take every review seriously, so we checked our customer accounts, orders, trading accounts, payout requests and support tickets. We could not find anything that matches this review, and our request for details through Trustpilot has not received a reply.

All of our rules are published in full on dolvero.com and in the Edge dashboard before any purchase, and they are the same for every trader. When an account is closed for a rule breach, the trader receives a full compliance report with the exact trade, timestamp and rule involved. Every payout we make is listed on our public ledger.
